Chapter 21: The Fight part 1

Joker's P.O.V:

I laughed. It echoed off the cafeteria walls but I didn't care. When my laughter died down, I just sneered at them.

"So you were going to stop me by strangling me?" I said. It really wasn't a question but Selina said,

"Yes. And it worked didn't it?" She said smugly and gestured to me standing and Harley sitting down, a little shocked and flustered. Then she stood up, her face red.

"I think I'm gonna go to the bathroom now." She growled. "Pamelia. Selina. With me." The plant and the cat went with her warily.

I sat down again as they left. Two-face walked up and sat down.

"I heard everything." He said. Then he smiled (well one side did) "I can't believe you and Harleen are together now. She was pretty cute." I tensed. She is mine. "But not as beautiful as Ivy. I'm gonna ask her to be my girlfriend today." I breathed out. That plant was definitely not more beautiful than my pumpkin! I growled.

He looked up. "What?" he asked. He thought for a few seconds, then gasped. "You like Pamelia too?!?!" He asked in disbelief. Ed and Scarecrow also looked at me with disbelief. Then Ed sighed and looked back down again like he knew it wasn't true.

"Of course not! Why would I like that plant?!" I jumped up, disgusted. He looked up, shocked.

"What did you call her?" He asked darkly. Heh. Like I was scared of him?

"A plant." I saw that he clenched his jaw. "Oh. I'm sorry. I thought she was a plant, no?" I smirked.

"No! She's a young woman! A human!" he spoke through clenched teeth.

"Are you sure?" I asked him, sneering.

He looked shocked. Then he growled and tackled me to the cafeteria ground.
