RJ took a deep breath and looked at his watch. He then glanced around and started wondering where Maine is. A few moments later, someone showed up from the corner. She has long raven hair, a pair of expressive eyes and luscious lips. He smiled widely, his queen just arrived.
"Bakit ang tagal mo?" he asked and pouted his lower lip.
"Traffic ... wag ka ngang gumaniyan, sobrang cute mo." she said and quickly pinched his cheeks. RJ pulled away and scowled again.
"Ih, tara na." she said and then grabbed him by the arm. The two then entered the same pharmacy store where she bought morning after pills less than three months ago. RJ's heart dropped at the sight of the same lady that gave the mother sermon of all sermons. He looked at Maine and saw that she's nervous as well. Maine gripped his hand hard and they walked towards the woman at the counter.
"Good Morning." the lady greeted.
"Good Morning, we need a pregnancy test ... at least ... I do." Maine said with a straight face. RJ looked at her and then towards the lady who carefully examined them.
"Kilala ko kayo ah."
"Diyos miyo garapon sabi ko na nga ba. Siyang may sala! Siyang may sala!" RJ yelled out of panic and took two steps back. Maine quickly looked at him with a shocked expression on her face. RJ looked at the lady and saw that she too, was surprised.
"Napano ka?" Maine asked.
"Ah, wala. Sorry." he answered and smiled at them.
"Kayong mga kabataan mapusok na MAPUSOK. Sabi ko na nga ba gantio ang mangyayari. Alam ba ng magulang niyo 'to? Hah? Mukhang mga estudyante pa lang kayo ah." the woman started.
"Ayan na." he whispered at Maine.
"Kapit ka lang, titigil din yan." she replied.
But the lady didn't.
Fifteen minutes later and they are still standing waiting for her to finish another long rant. And when she finally stopped, they both breathed out a sigh.
"Di pa naman po sure, wag atat." RJ suddenly said.
"Bastos 'tong batang 'to ah." the lady replied.
"Pag-pasensiyahan niyo na po. Gwapo lang yan, pero medyo engot din." then told the saleslady. After paying for the pregnancy test, the two quickly left to dodge the eyes of strangers who already know their situation.

Maine and RJ decided to check in at a nearby hotel so they could try the pregnancy test. They both got afraid that if they do it in the mansion, someone else will find out about it.
Maine ignored all the heavy stares and whispering about how their sex session will be, the only thing that matters to her at the moment is to find out whether she's pregnant or not. Although she knows having a baby is a blessing, she is also aware that is not the right time fot it yet. She has dreams, just like RJ. And it would be a proper shame for all of that to go to waste.
"I asked Mommy kung okay lang siya maging lola, and she said oo naman basta daw tapos tayo ng studies." she uttered before unknowingly stuffing the receipt inside her bag.
"Ako din. Sabi naman niya okay lang daw basta na-abot ko na mga pangarap ko. Eh kasi pogi ako, nag reply ako siyempre-"
"Yun talaga yung sukatan ah?" she asked and smiled at him.
"Siyempre. Sabi ko naabot ko na yung pangarap ko eh. At ikaw yun Maine." he answered and smirked.
"Corny. Anong sabi niya?"
"Breezy moves daw."
"Ay jusko." Maine answered. She then picked up the pregnancy test and went inside the bathroom. Before trying it out, she said a quick prayer asking for happiness and guidance whatever the result may be.

Nicole's first three nights back in Baguio were the hardest. She tried to ignore the pain but in the middle of the night it would wake her up.
Two hours after her fourth morning back in Baguio officially started; Nicole left her apartment and started walking down the street. The warm ray of sunshine combined with the chilly morning air felt good against her skin. She smiled; a wave of positive vibes just hit her.
"Everything will be okay." she whispered. But then suddenly, another thing almost hit her. Nicole's heart jumped and she quickly took a step back. She turned her head to the side and saw an attractive face looking at him.
"Sorry!" he said in his deep morning voice. The thing that almost toppled her down was a soccer ball. It was kicked too hard by the curly haired owner that just started apologizing to her.
Nicole is at lost for words. His attractiveness left her speechless.
"That's okay..." she said and her eyes travelled to the ID he's weaing.
"It will never happen again ... Nicole." he suddenly said and her heart dropped.
"How did you know my name?" she quickly asked and he pointed at her ID as well. Nicole smiled and called him by his name.
"Alright .... Harvey ...." she started. Nicole's smile grew wider, already sensing the new journey she is headed to.

RJ spent the next 15 minutes pacing back and forth inside the motel room. When the time went past 17 minutes, he started knocking on the door.
"Maine, labas na jan. Bilis!" he said. The door then opened and she stepped out. The look on her face was unexplainable. He can't decipher her thoughts.
"Oh ano?" RJ asked. She raised the kit and showed him two lines. A waterfall of mixed emotions just fell on top of him.
"Positive? Oh my God." he said and pulled her close.
"Tisoy ... you'll be a Dad na." she whispered.
"Oo nga ... holy shit." RJ replied. He then looked at the kit again just to make sure, but something has already changed. It only has one line now.
"Maine! Nawala si Baby!" he said, totally freaked out.
"Damn it! This can only mean one thing."
"Ano naman yun?"
"I need to go to an OB for a check up."
