A few more days have passed and the anxiety for Nicole's impending return has increased. Maine tried her best to act normal but she no longer could. Knowing that her sister could arrive at any moment is making her very anxious.
"Good Morning." RJ greeted. She grabbed him by the arm and they walked towards the back of the house.
"Nag-toothbrush na ako, game." he said.
"Tisoy .. ih ... focus ... we have a problem." she started.
"Ano yun?"
"I think Nicole's coming home today."
"Hah? Paano mo nalaman?"
"Instinct."
Her heart is beating fast, she can already see what's going to happen. Nicole will get mad at them, she will surely get her heart broken by the truth.
"Kalma ka lang." RJ said and placed a hand right on the side of Maine's face. The warmth of him felt good against her skin. All of a sudden, her anxiety went away. She held his hand and closed her eyes. A few moments after, she felt his lips on her cheek. He kissed her.
She gazed directly at his eyes and realized how light brown they are. Maine pursed her lips before she smiled at him.
"Thank you." she whispered.
"Magiging okay ang lahat, I promise." he replied.
"Ma'am? Baby Tisoy? Ano pong ginagawa niyo jan?" the moment got destroyed when they both heard that tiny squaky voice. Maine's heart dropped.
"Yaya?" they both asked at the same time.

RJ's heart continued to drum against his chest. They were caught in a very compromising position.
"Ah ... nagpa-practice ako para sa Starstruck payb. Sumali kasi ako eh. Tinutulungan ako ni Ma'am." he said, removing his hand from Maine's face.
"Ay ganun ba? Baby, practice ka din sakin." she said in a very pumped up tone.
"Action scene kasi sana yung susunod eh." he uttered.
"Tapos ako yung leading lady? Bet!"
"Hindi Yaya."
"Edi ano?"
"Yung goons."
"Ay grabe siya oh. Sige na, baby." Yaya begged.
"Ay ... biglang sumakit tiyan ko eh ... mamaya na lang neh?" RJ asked and took Maine by the hand and they walked away.
"Grabe ka kay Yaya." Maine whispered.
"Hayaan mo na." he answered.

Later that morning, Maine decided to step out and read her favorite book right on their terrace. She's tried her best to take a nap but she couldn't, her thoughts are too wild for her to fall asleep. Mrs. Mendoza left along with the rest of the maids and the driver to pick up a couple of goods and do some quick grocery shopping. The two of them are alone now, they can basically do whatever they want.
Maine glanced at his direction and saw him cleaning the pool. His shirtless as always, and the way the sun hits his bare white skin highlights all his delicious assets. She looked away but it's too late, he already invaded her thoughts. Eventually, Maine's mind shifted to the sleeping thing between his legs. That thought prompted her to look back at him, he has his back on her and she pretty much can see his back muscles and very round bottom. They already spent a night together, she experienced firsthand the things he and his magnificent body could do. And he's great, probably the greatest one she ever had.
Already feeling the heat, she put her head back and down and tried to concentrate on reading. A few seconds later, she heard footsteps. Maine looked up and saw him walking towards her.
"Anjan ba phone mo?" he asked.
"I left it in my room, why?" she asked back. He grinned but did not say any word. Before Maine could even react, he already snatched her.
"What are you doing? Bring me down!" she said, pounding on his chest.
"Ligo tayo."
"What? No!"
Maine already lost a lot of time. Before she could even bite him, they already jumped in the pool. The cold water enveloped her body. Maine slipped out of RJ's hold and quickly gathered herself. Feeling pissed, she pushed him away.
"What's wrong with you?!" she asked, wiping water off her eyes. RJ pulled her close and did the job for her.
"Ayaw mo kasing kumalma eh." he whispered. The frown on her face faded. Their lips are only inches apart, and the urge not to kiss him is getting too hard to ignore.
"How?"
"How ano?" he asked.
"Bakit wala kang pores? Ang kinis ... ang daya ..." she said.
"Hah?" he asked.
"Ugh, never mind." she said, turning her back on him. Maine was about to swim away when he gripped her wrist.
"Dito muna tayo." he said.
"Baka dumating sina Mommy." she replied.
"One hour pa daw sila." RJ answered. The young girl then felt a slight wave coming from her back. She turned around and realized that he just threw his shorts. He is now only in his boxers.
Maine quickly blushed, she started to think that their steamy night would get a repeat today. The sight of a wet looking RJ is making her knees weak. She's going to give in to temptation once again.
He placed a hand on her cheek and told her that everything is going to be fine. She wanted to believe him but the risks are too high this time for her to be comfortable.
"Paano kapag nagalit si Niknik? Paano kapag nakita mo siya tapos na-realize mo siya pala talaga gusto mo? Paano kapag dumating sa punto na kailangan mong mamili ulit?" she asked. RJ did not utter any word and instead, he just hugged her tightly.
"Aasa ako dun sa ano ang meron tayo. Yun lang ... yun lang ang panghahawakan ko. Ikaw at ako."

The two stayed in the pool for at least half an hour. After that, they both got up and dried themselves quickly. RJ wanted to kiss Maine so bad but a part of him got a bit afraid. They never kissed sober and that caused him to wonder what her kiss really feels like.
A few minutes after he's done changing his clothes, they heard the sound of two vans in the driveway. He stepped out of the quarter and saw the maids pulling out groceries from inside and at the back of the van. Mrs. Mendoza then came out and he smiled.
RJ's heart then dropped at the sight of who came out next, it's Nicole. The smile on his faded and a drop of cold sweat poured down the side of his face.
"Niknik."
