Things have now gone from alright to awkward. Maine decided to completely avoid RJ to calm herself down. She's not sure what he felt when he realized they slept together but Maine's pretty sure of how she took it, and she did not take it lightly.
Maine already started pacing back and forth inside her room, wondering how the hell she's going to apologize to her sister for doing the unforgivable. Suddenly, RJ started knocking on her door.
"Leave me alone." she said.
"Di ko po magagawi yun."
"Bakit naman?" Maine asked. Half annoyed, Half confused.
"Kailangan ko po kasi kayo eh." he said, causing her heart to drop.
"Kailangan? Wait ... what?" Maine asked, swinging the door open to face him. There, she saw the young guy holding a piece of paper and a pen.
"Ano yan?" she asked.
"May package po kasi sa Mama niyo eh. Eh sabi nung nag-deliver , kung pwede daw po family member." he said, not minding the statement he uttered before that.
"Oh ... kala ko naman kung ano ... eto na." she said and signed the paper for him. RJ smiled and walked away without saying a word.
Maine let out a sigh of relief and opened the door fully. She then walked towards the stairs and took a peek downstairs.
"Coast is clear." she thought to herself. The young girl took a deep breath and walked down the stairs.
RJ's busy doing some gardening and so she went to the kitchen to check if he cooked anything. Maine's nose was greeted by the pleasant smell of a dish that has tomato sauce in it. She quickly opened and saw the menudo he prepared.
The thing about RJ is he can really cook, it's just that it was never his passion. Maine walked outside and asked him if she can start eating.
"Oo naman, ano pong gusto niyo? Subuan ko pa?" he asked, not looking at her. Maine felt once again the familiar slight-hostility, but this time she's no longer surprised.
Maine just quietly walked away and went back to the kitchen. Their mistake did not only ruin Nicole's trust for them but also did some amicable damage to their budding friendship.
"You screwed the pooch." she whispered to herself and just started eating alone.

It all came back to RJ. Every single thing they did last night all rushed to his head. The kiss. Their hungry hands. Their naked bodies. Maine riding him until he came. Maine taking him on a 'mouthful' adventure and him thrusting so hard in an out of her that it caused his hips to hurt a bit. Everything. They all combined into a one huge ball that slammed straight into him.
RJ closed his eyes and covered his ears with both of his hands.
"Tanga ... ang tanga tanga mo." he whispered to himself. Sleeping with Maine guaranteed him an exit ticket from Nicole's life. He's done. Once she finds out about what happened, he's out of the picture.
His phone then suddenly started ringing. He pulled it out of his pocket and saw his mother's name flashing on the screen. The young guy took a deep breath and answered her call.
"Hello Ma?" he asked.
"Ay naku Tisoy, kumusta ka na?" she asked in a concerned tone.
"Okay lang po." he replied although a part of him whispered that maybe Bogs already mentioned something to her.
"Hinahanap ka na ng Papa mo. Di ka pa ba uuwi?" she asked. RJ just closed his eyes and grunted.
"Tisoy?"
"Po? Kelan ba aalis yan?" he asked in his serious, deep voice. He's still mad at him and he knew staying away would benefit the both of them.
"Tisoy naman, tatay mo pa rin siya. Sa kaniya ka pa rin nanggaling."
"Oo Ma, pero hindi ibig sabihin nunkailangan ko magpanggap na napatawad ko na siya."
"Tisoy ..."
"Sorry." that's all he said and ended the call. RJ took a deep breath and just continued working. RJ already has a plan to fix the mess they made, he's going to resign soon.

"Teresa, you have to help me." Maine said while looking at her friend through the laptop screen.
"Why? Don't tell me, sinusubukan mo pa rin i-avoid ang sexual tension sa inyong dalawa? Maine, if I were you I would have already jumped him."
"That's my problem, you dipshit. I did, we slept together."
"What the ..."
"Yes ... I don't think we used a condom."
"Drunk sex?" Teresa asked and she just nodded.
"Oh my God, why are you so stupid?"
"I know .... gosh, I'm so tanga. I already betrayed my sister and now I could also be pregnant." Maine said with nothing but panic in her voice. It's already bad enough that she and RJ made a crucial mistake and betrayed Nicole's trust, now she must also worry about the possibility of getting pregnant.
"Did you buy after morning pills? Please tell me bumili ka kanina."
"I did, but di ko alam kung gagana siya."
"I'll be there okay? Kwento mo sa akin lahat ng ginawa niyo kagabi ... chos. Bye!" Teresa said and abruptly ended the Skype call. Maine just let out a sigh and looked out of the window. There she saw a shirtless RJ taking a shower. Her eyes unwillingly roamed his body. Every single perfectly crafted muscle, the dimples at the bottom of his spine, the roundness of his butt, the bulge with the massive monster in it, and tat attractive face that can coax Maine into sinning everyday.
After that one brief lustful moment, Maine looked away and reminded herself that fantasizing about him is wrong. The young girl was about to close the window when she noticed something.
RJ is now looking directly up to her. Feeling embarrassed and shy, she quickly closed the window and sat at the edge of the bed.
"Don't blush." she whispered. But she couldn't stop it, Maine started blushing.
