Selen PoV:

Selen had slept through most of the trip, which highly annoyed Maria, but hey, a girl needs her beauty sleep. Had been the stewardess who had woken her up when announcing that they were about to land on the airport of the beautiful Antalya. They all buckled up and got ready for the landing part. Selen and Maria both hated landings, it made them realize that they were on Earth again, and not flying through the skies as they so adored.

After all the landing procedure was finally over, they unbuckled themselves and made their way to the door. While they were waiting, Selen couldn’t help but think of the man she had seen earlier. It was so weird. She didn’t even know the guy, yet somehow looking at his big hazel eyes made her feel so peaceful and trapped her every cell. She had been so caught up in his gaze and hadn’t noticed her mother talking to her.

Maria pushed her from behind which made her realize she had to move forward to get out of the plane. As she was climbing down  the stairs she look up and saw what appeared to be a familiar face. She couldn’t believe it. It was that guy from the driveway. He was talking on the phone and looking distracted. He surely hadn’t noticed her.

“Selen, lets go grab a bite and then to the hotel”-  Maria told her and she complied, whilst still staring at the handsome stranger who had plagued her thoughts. Suddenly he turns and their eyes meet. Normally she would look down, too shy to hold somebody’s gaze for more than a couple of seconds, but this time she couldn’t and he didn’t seem to mind, as he was staring the same.  Something told her that that wasn’t going to be the last time she saw him and she was right.

After Maria had dragged her to one of the restaurants of the airport and forced them to have lunch, they made their way to the hotel. The receptionist was a very nice and polite lady. She was Turkish, certainly, but her English was fluent and they had no trouble in checking in for their room and asking useful tips for their stay there.  As she was about to turn around and put her ID card in her wallet, she hit what felt like a wall, even though from his grunt she realized he was a man. Her head hit his chest and she was about to fall, but strong arms wrapped around her, preventing her from a hard fall, probably. Her belongings hadn’t been so lucky though, as they scattered around the floor near their feet. Lifted her head to look at her savior, and froze instantly. Couldn’t believe it. Same driveway, same airport and now same hotel?

Alex PoV:

He had arrived at the airport 50 minutes later, as predicted  and as soon as he boarded he opened his work files and started reviewing his proposal for the meeting. He had been too busy and focused in his work to notice that they were about to land. The stewardess had been his wake up call.
Just as he had landed, Vivian calls. She was sad and missed him already. He had been talking to her, tying to dissuade her thoughts of paying him a visit, when he noticed her. The same woman from before, and she was staring back at him. She had big blue, sky blue, eyes that sent shivers down his body. For a moment he felt lost in her gaze and completely forgot about Vivian on the line, tying to get his attention.  Only after she had left with that woman, had he been able to focus on his conversation with his fiancée, muttering a quick excuse for the lack of attention.

On his way to the hotel he immersed himself in work, and so effectively forgetting for the mysterious blue eyed woman who had attracted his attention with a simple stare. He quickly reached the hotel and was bothered by the line in front of the reception. Damn his secretary for booking in a touristic hotel. She had taken Vivian’s idea. She always complained about how much he worked and had taken this work trip as a possibility for him to rest for a while, and on that note had booked a room in this resort and prolonged his stay for 3 days, instead of the one night he intended to stay. They had debated over it, but three days was all he had been willing to relinquish.

He had been looking through his e-mails, when this brunette had swayed around, smashing her head in his chest , causing his phone to fall in the ground with the rest of her stuff. He quickly grabbed her before she ended up on the floor, alongside her stuff thus crushing her on his chest whilst her hands grabbed his biceps. Only when she looked up did he realize he was holding in his arms the woman he had been so keen on staring at earlier.

They stared at each-other for a couple more seconds, which felt like minutes for him. He couldn’t believe his luck.

“Are you okay Selen?”- the woman who had been with his mysterious blue eyed girl, said. So her name was Selen, beautiful,- he thought as she let go of his arms thus breaking his hold and creating the distance that was lacking before.

“Sorry..”- she muttered, in what appeared to be shock. Had he had the same effect on her as she on him? Or was she simply still in the aftermath of the crush. Her gaze fell on the ground and so did she in an attempt to pick her stuff up. Alex quickly tried to help her and their hands meet, trying both to grab the wallet. Her gaze lifted towards him again and she blushed at the contact of their hands and closeness of their faces. She looked beautiful…
