(Eleanor on top)
I entered the ballroom and immediately felt speechless, the room was beautiful; it seemed something that had been brought out of a fairy tale. Eleanor came rushing to my side, her blonde hair was in a hair-do and she was wearing a gorgeous light blue dress that was the same shade as her eyes.
"We are huntresses!" Eleanor said as she hugged me tightly almost leaving me without air.
I nodded as I felt myself being crushed.
"This is the best graduation party ever but it would be better with some modern music." Eleanor said as she was still hugging me tightly.
"Eleanor, I can't breathe." I said struggling to get the words out.
"Sorry." She said sheepishly and I smiled at her.
"It's fine." I said as I smoothed out the wrinkles of my dress.
"Can I be honest with you Alice?" Eleanor said in a small voice as she looked around for anyone who could be listening.
"Of course, you know you can trust me." I told her as I met her gaze.
"I honestly didn't think that I was going to make it, if it wasn't for Beck I wouldn't even be here." Eleanor admitted in a small voice as she fidgeted with her hands.
"What do you mean by if it wasn't for Beck?" I asked her confused.
"I was stuck in the forest because a trap caught me. Beck was running by when he saw me, I know they said that we were on our own but Beck helped me since the trap was hurting me especially in my legs and face." Eleanor said, now that she had mention it I could see the fainted scratches underneath her makeup in her face.
But we all had scratches or scars in my case.
"I think it won't be a problem that he helped you and we already graduated." I said shrugging, besides no one needed to know about this.
A few seconds passed before Eleanor spoke again.
"Alice, can I ask you something?" She said, once again her voice had dropped into a whisper.
"Of course, you can ask anything." I said as I shook my head amused by her behavior.
"What exactly is going on between you and that Spanish hunter Antonio?" Eleanor asked curiously as she met my gaze reading my expression carefully.
"Nothing is going on; why do you ask?" I said nervously as I tried to be calm under her judging gaze.
I knew I was going to regret the 'you can ask anything' part.
"Well, the fact that you two almost kissed yesterday raised my suspicious and ever since you entered the ballroom he hasn't taken off his eyes from you. I don't blame him though; with that red dress, you could easily be the prettiest girl in England." Eleanor said as she started at my face trying to pick something up.
"Nothing is going on between us." I told her in a calm voice, that was the truth.
Sure he had acted quite odd yesterday but there was nothing to it, at least that is what I believed.
"Then tell him that." Eleanor said with a smirk.
"Why?" I asked her confused, she seemed to be getting quite excited by the minute as if she were about to jump from her shoes.
"Because Spanish guy is heading your way, he is walking towards us." Eleanor said as her eyes fixed on someone behind me.
I turned around and she was right, Antonio was heading this way wearing an all in all black suit.
