The Camp [I]

"Where did you get that from?" I asked him.

"I was going to hide Kelly's present in your closet and I found this, what is all of this?" Mike asked me as he looked at the weapons.

"I can't tell you." I said as I shook my head.

"Why not, why can't you tell me?" Mike asked me.

"I just can't." I said as I felt how everything crumbled down.

"Then I'll tell Mom." Mike said threatening me.

"Don't!" I said alarmed.

"I found all kinds of weapons including guns in your room, why shouldn't I tell her? Give me a good reason to not tell her." Mike said as he looked at me.

"I'm home kids. Where are you two?' Kelly said as she entered the house.

Mike looked at the door but I ran to it and locked the door before he could get to it.

"Please don't tell her." I told Mike.

Mike looked at me straight in the eyes.

"Why not, why can't I, Alice? I mean if that is your real name." Mike said as he looked at me boldly.

I gave a sight; I really had no way out of this.

"Fine, I will tell you but not here." I said as I grabbed his hand and pulled him out of my bedroom.

"Where are you two going?" Kelly asked when we got downstairs.

"Out, we will be back in a while." I said as we headed to the door.

"Just make sure you are not late for dinner!" Kelly called from the house as we went outside.

"Put on your seatbelt." I told Mike as we got inside my car.

"Where we going?" He asked me confused.

"Somewhere private, where we can't be over heard by other people and I can tell you." I said as I turned on the car.

"Are you going to kill me?" Mike asked me scared.

"I'm not going to kill you." I promised him.

I drove to the forest until we got to the small clearing where Selene and I trained every Saturday at dawn when Kelly thought I was out running.

"What are we doing here?" Mike asked me.

"Just get off the car and follow me." I said as I got off the car.

I went to the place where Selene had all our training equipment and pulled it out.

"What is all of this?" Mike asked me as he looked at all the things I had.

"These are all the things I use to train, to practice." I said as I showed him all the weapons.

"Train for what? Do you kill people?" Mike asked me.

"I don't kill humans." I said in a dry voice.

"You don't kill humans? Then what do you kill?" Mike said confused.

"Mike, I was sent here to kill vampires, I know it sounds strange, even unreal but it's true. I haven't lied about any other things; my real name is Alice; my mother didn't die when I was little she was killed. I studied in the Falcon Academy my whole life to become a huntress just like my mother was, I was sent here undercover to kill the Vampire Prince because my superiors say he is leading an army against humans to take over the word." I said explaining everything.
