Chapter 12

Mitch's POV

"Come here Biggums!" I say, arms wide open. We hug.

"What the hell are you two doing?" Lilac laughs. Her and Jenny let go of each other.

"Hugging what does it look like?" I replied laughing.

Jerome let go. I brushed off my hoodie for no reason.

"Jenny, can you help me with the wedding? I know you're probably stressed but Mitch has helped all he could. I'll call Tiffany too."

"Sure."

Jenny and Lilac walk down the stairs. Jerome and I follow. I take a seat next to Lilac, Jerome next to Jenny.

"Thanks Tiff." Lilac said, finishing her call with Tiffany.

"Tiff will be here soon." Lilac said to Jenny. "Ok, flowers. What kind?"

"When is the wedding?"

"June 14." Lilac said.

"On a beach." I add.

"Hydrangeas?"

"Ooh! I love those flowers." Lilac said in awe.

"Calla lily?" Jerome suggested.

"Those would be pretty on a beach." I nudged Lilac.

"Daisys?" Lilac asked me.

"Those are all such pretty flowers." I said.

When Tiffany got there Jerome and I wen to the kitchen to make lunch for our lovely ladies and Tiffany. We made something simple, cheese casadia.

"Lunch is ready!" I yelled.

The girls hopped up and walked into the kitchen. When Lilac came into the kitchen I spun her around and gave her a quick kiss. I sat down beside Lilac. She shoveled her food in her mouth.

"You have enough?" I asked her swallowing my food.

"Yeah,I'm just really really hungery."

"Can I have Lily back for a while? Like take a break?" Jenny asked Lilac.

"Yeah, she should be in her crib."

Jenny got up from the table. Jerome followed.

"I'm going to head home." Tiffany said getting up from the table.

Lilac and I went out and sat by the pool.

"Tomorrow is Valentines Day." I said sitting by the edge of the pool.

"I know." Lilac laid her head on my lap.

"Will you be my valentine?" I asked.

"Of course." She laughed.

I shut her up by giving her a kiss.
