Just Another Day

Chapter 15

Jerome's POV

Jenny walks backwards after we're all dressed and ready for the day. She talks to me and we reach the stairs.

"Jenny, look out!" I yell. I was a bit too late.

She falls backwards down the stairs. She rolls and tumbles. She reaches the bottom and lays there. I sprint down after her.

"Oh, pumpkin, are you okay?" I say. I sound worried. I should. I am worried.

I don't want anything to happen to my sweet, sweet girl. She's my Miss Bacca.

She pops up completely fine and gives me a thumbs up. "Yup. I'm fine!" she says with a smile.

I wrap my arm around her shoulders and she wraps both arms around my stomach and back.

"Jenny, you're funny!"

"Thanks!" she says.

"Why did you fall?" I ask.

"I was walking backwards! Did you really think that I would remember that we had to go down stairs and that I would remember where they were?"

"Kinda. I love you," I say. I slip up so she dangles down my back.

"I love you, too!" she says."Nice view, back here," she jokes.

"Quit looking at my booty!"

"Okay. Only if you let me down."

"Fine. Do you want on my shoulders?"

"Sure," she says. I let down and crouch down. She hops up on my shoulders.

"How's the view?" I ask.

"It's okay. Jerome!" she yells.

"What?"

"Stop! You almost slammed my head on the doorway!"

"Sorry, sweetums!"

"Guess what song I'm thinking of!" she says.

"What song?"

"Feel Again by One Republic! It just sounds perfect with what we're doing right now!"

"Okay. Get your phone out and play it!"

"Alright!" she says. She's wearing one of her pink dresses with a pocket over the heart. She starts playing the song.

"Come on. Let's get some breakfast. Want a birds-eye-view of the making of our breakfast?"

"Sure," she says.

I make breakfast with Jenny on my shoulders.

Here's your breakfast," I say, handing Jenny her plate."Wanna eat upstairs?"

"Why not?" she responds.

We go up stairs and I let her down.

"This is going to be a perfect day! I have it all planned. Lily is going to be with Jason. You and I are just gonna record and mess around and such. It will be so perfect. We have to take Lily back about mid-day because Jason needs to record."

"Sounds great," I say, giving her a kiss.

"Balcony?" she says.

I nod. We eat on the balcony.

"Let's get some recording done," I say.

---Time Skip through recording---

It's about mid-day so we take Lily and plan some with Mitch and Lilac for their wedding. Jenny lays on the floor and tickles Lily. Lily can only smile.

After planning, Jenny and I go upstairs and play with Lily.

"Peekaboo!" Jenny says. I watch her play with Lily.

"You make a great mother, sweetums," I say.

She's laying down so I pick up her light body by the waist. I pull her in close. I give her a good long, hard french-kiss.

After a while, Lilac and Mitch take Lily.

"Let's go for a walk on the beach!" Jenny says.

"Okay."

She starts changing. We don't mind each other changing in front of another. We are married, after all. She gets in her pink bikini top and purple short-like bathing suit bottom. I change into my blue swim trunks.

We walk down to the beach. She pulls me as she runs.

"Do you wanna walk along the beach in the water?" she asks.

"Sure," I say with a smile.

Soon the sun is setting and I pull her in close and grab her by the waist. She wraps her arms around my neck. We kiss and kiss and kiss.

We walk home soon after that. We get Lily and bring her into our room. We put her in her crib and we go to sleep.
