Two:

Adin and Jeanette entered the cabin. Adin looked up and admired the old deer-antler chandelier. It made Adin think of his parents. Unbeknown to most of his friends, his parents were millionaires. It was kind of a secret that he only has told a few people. Among those is Jeanette. He looked at her and doesn't say anything. Jeanette noticed and smiled. "What?" She said. "Oh nothing. I haven't been in charge of this place by myself before." Adin replied. "Well, you lead the guys on the field. You can take charge just fine." Jeanette replied. "That's the coach's job." Adin said in a smart-alack tone. Jeanette rolled her eyes and smiled. "You know what I mean. Here, I'll help you take charge." She grabbed Adin's shoulder and spun him around with him. Everyone had entered the cabin by now. They looked at Jeanette and Adin as authority. "I think the first order of business is room assignments." Jeanette said. She looked to Adin for approval. He nodded. "And we're not in elementary school here." Adin added. "If you wanna sleep with your boyfriend or girlfriend, that's fine. Just don't bang too loud so that your neighbors hear." Adin got some laughs out of his friends. "Rooms are down here..." Adin pointed down a hall on his right. "...and upstairs. Pick as you wish." His friends nodded. Andie and Sara were quick to pick up their bags and starting moving out of the crowd. They were all gathered in front of the front doors. Jeanette picked up her bags and headed for the stairs to her left. Logan left her bags and walked to a room conveniently to the left of the foyer. She looked in. "Is this the living room or something?" She asked Adin. "Yeah." He said. "My family calls it the 'lounge room.' The boys are gonna help me move the furniture out of here so we can have an open room for the parties." "Oh cool." Logan replied. She looked back at her bags and found everyone had left. Her bags still lay on the hardwood. "Adin." Jeanette called from the stairs. "Yes?" Adin said, turning to her. Jeanette stood with her bags. "Are we gonna get the master bedroom?" "My parents said we couldn't stay in there." "C'mon, they're never gonna know." She said. "You know them. They can tell if someone was in there." Adin replied. "Okay. We can get your room." She said. "That sounds good." Adin said with a smile. "See you there." Jeanette said, starting up the stairs. "Hey Logan." Wyatt said from behind Logan. She quickly spun around at the sound of his voice. "Hey." She said, looking up at him. "Where were you thinking about staying?" He said to her. "With you, silly." She replied, poking his stomach. He flinches a bit and poked her stomach. The two giggled and smiled. Adin stopped looking at Logan and Wyatt and took his bags near Logan and Wyatt. He walked around them politely and grabbed his two bags. He walked past them again and began to follow Jeanette up the stairs. "I think Michael is going to get a room with all of his jock friends down there next to Sara and Andie," Wyatt said, stopping their poking-feet. He looked down the hall beyond the lounge room where Adin pointed to earlier. "So let's get a room upstairs." "Okay." Logan said. She grabbed her bags and followed Wyatt. The polished wooden steps beyond the lounge room creaked with every step Logan and Wyatt took. The stairs led straight up and made a turn about seven steps up. Wyatt turned the corner on the stairs and looked up. A ledge with a guard rail stood above them almost menacingly. Wyatt looked back at the stairs and continued climbing. He reached the top and stood to wait for Logan. "Sorry." She said, struggling to drag her blue suitcase up the stairs. "Do you want help?" Wyatt asked. "No, thank you." She replied. She reached the top and exhaled deeply. "I'm really regretting everything I brought with me." Wyatt chuckled. He began walking down the hallway presented in front of him. He saw Adin's bags outside the room at the end of the hall. On the same side of the hall, he saw two more doors evenly spaced apart. On the other side of the hallway stood two sets of wooden French doors. Adin appeared out of his room and saw Wyatt. "That's my parents room. It's off limits. You're welcome to take these rooms right here." Adin gestured at the doors beside him. Wyatt looked at the two doors. "Let's go." Logan said, nudging Wyatt forward. Wyatt shook nodded his head and began moving forward to the middle door. He reached for the door handle and looked inside. He pushed the door open. Wyatt rolled his bag inside and set it down. A duffle-bag he had on his shoulder slid off and to the floor. He approached the only bed and sat on it. He exhaled. Logan entered with her suitcase and purse. She threw her purse on a light stand and looked at Wyatt. "Is it bad if you get exhausted carrying your own crap up eighteen stairs?" Logan asked. "Funny." Wyatt grinned. He looked at the nightstand Logan's purse was on. He studied it closely. He noticed the novels tucked perfectly on a shelf below. Most of the titles were classics - Robinson Crusoe, Lord of the Flies, Hatchet, My Side of the Mountain, and the Hunger Games all were wedged neatly with no spaces in between. Logan broke a settled silence that fell over the room and opened her suitcase. She started pulling out her clothes. He watched her. Wyatt became excited about spending time with her for two whole weeks. Logan didn't notice his staring at all. Shaking Wyatt from his daze, a voice began to call. "Adin! Jeanette! Another plane is on fast approach!"
