Three

Alessia's POV:
I left class and went to go have lunch. I fixed my brown hair using my phone camera as a mirror. Throughout the week I started talking to more people. Caroline introduced me to her friends but I also made friends on my own. I started talking to these two other girls named Emily and Kristen.

"So do you go to parties?" Emily asked. "Not really anymore. I did but I never actually end up staying the whole time." I said. "Have you ever drank before?"
"Yeah without my parents knowing of course. But I've never drank to the point where I've gotten drunk." I said honestly. If I ever got drunk underage my parents would shoot me. Especially my dad. I can't even imagine how that would turn out. "That's good." Kristen said. "Well I heard that Ryan Mason is having a party this Friday. Should we go?" Emily said. "Yeah why not, how about you Alessia?" Kristen said waiting for me to respond. "Sure. I'll just have to tell my parents that it's just a small party." Even though I didn't like lying to my parents I wanted to go. "Who's Ryan Mason any way?" I said. "Oh he's friends and on the basketball team with Johnny Walker, Billy Hogan and Corey Haim." Emily said smiling when she said Corey's name. I couldn't help but smile too. "They're all hot but Corey and Ryan are obviously the hottest." They said looking over at them from a distance. "Corey's going?" I asked. "Yeah that's why we wanna go and because it's at Ryan's."
"I'll definitely go if he's going." I admitted. He's in my chemistry and he's one of the hottest guys I've ever seen no joke." I said being honest. "I know, every girl tries to get with him. Jenna is so lucky." Kristen said. "Oh yeah..." I said remembering that he has a girlfriend. "That sucks that he's not single." I said resting my chin on my hand. "Tell me about it. I wish I was her to be honest." Kristen said. "She's a bitch though." Emily said. "Really?"
"Yeah. I've had lots of classes with her. She's pretty I'll give her that but she's a hoe. She's had a million boyfriends. Her and Corey started dating since the beginning of the summer. She'll literally hate you if you get too friendly with him." She said. "Oh shit." I said quietly. "Yeah you don't wanna mess with her." This warning seemed pretty clear. "So yes we're going?" Emily confirmed. "Yup." Kristen said. "I'm in." I said.

To be honest the only reason I wanted to go to this party was because Corey was going. Not that I even talk to him but whatever.

Later on I walked home with Caroline and asked her if she was going. She said she wasn't planning on it because would be busy with homework. Whatever that means. "Are you sure you don't want to come? One night of fun won't bring your 90 average down." I laughed. "It's not that." She said laughing a little too. "Parties just aren't my thing." Okay so she wasn't the party type. That's not a bad thing at all.

Friday came faster than I thought it would. Emily and Kristen were coming to pick me up. I put on a nicely fit white t-shirt with a pair of light blue skinny jeans and my white converse. I left my brown hair down.

"Are boys going to be there?" My dad asked. It was so annoying when he did this. "Yes." I said calmly. "What time do you think you'll be back at?" My mom asked. "Before 12:00."
"Okay have fun." She said hugging me.
I said bye to my parents and left.

We got to Ryan's and I could hear the music from outside. His house already looked packed. I followed Emily and Kristen inside. It was getting dark and I instantly smelled alcohol. People were chatting and doing other random things that I couldn't explain. Emily and Kristen introduced me to some other people. I was wondering where Corey was. I hadn't seen him yet.

"Well hello." Ryan said walking up to us and staring me down. He seemed a little tipsy already. "Hi Ryan." Emily said rolling her eyes. "Are you having fun?" Kristen teased. "Ohhhh not yet..." he said slurring his words. "Who's this?" He said checking me out taking a step closer to me. I felt awkward but at the same time I wanted to laugh. "Alessia. Easy Ryan she's new she just moved here." Emily said. Whatever that meant. "Well hello it's nice to properly meet you even though, I know, for sure, for sure, for sure that I've seen you already." The three of laughed because he sounded so stupid. "Nice to meet you too Ryan."
"I hope your staying the night." He said to me smirking. "Oh yeah definitely." I said sarcastically. He keep saying random shit to me and started touching my waist and that's when Emily and Kristen sent him away. Kristen said. "Sorry about that."
"It's okay." I laughed. "He's getting tipsy he won't remember tomorrow.

We went to the basement where more people were. There was a couch with a bunch of people were crowded onto and that's where I saw Corey making my stomach flutter. Jenna was sitting on his lap and some other girls were sitting on Johnny and a few other random guys. I tried to act as natural as I could. Corey and I made quick eye contact and then I looked away pretending I was just looking around. I joined a conversation Kristen was having with someone else but I was also trying to listen to the conversation Corey and Jenna were having. The way Corey talked was really attractive too. Jenna seemed to match the bitchy description Emily and Kristen gave me of her. Corey and Johnny were teasing each other about something. I couldn't help but to keep glancing over at him. I thought he was really attractive and so did every other girl but it was hard not to look at him. He had beautiful eyes and a really attractive smile. Jenna was all over him and I'd be lying if I say I wasn't jealous.

"So who's this?" Johnny said bringing the attention on me. I slowly turned to him caught off guard that he was talking to me. I didn't know how to react. "It's Alessia." I smiled a little realizing that all these people I don't really know or talk to were staring at me. Including Corey. I only knew Corey from Chemistry but we've never talked. "I feel like we've just met." He said. "That's cause you have." Emily said making the others laugh. "Shut the fuck up." He said to her jokingly. "I'm Johnny." He said nodding at me. Johnny was good looking too but not like Corey. Trying my best to still avoid eye contact with him I could feel his eyes on me. Jenna didn't even bother saying anything to me. She just gave me a few dirty looks. Whatever.

After that awkwardness we went back upstairs and Ryan was completely drunk trying to hit on me again. Some guy named Jack Ledger and his friends crashed the party which almost made a fight break out. I heard that Ryan, Corey and the rest of them have shit with him.

We left the party at 11:00 and I went home. Surprisingly my dad didn't stop and question me about the weird night I had.
