The Wolf Inside.

Ch:17

As we ran through the woods I listened for werewolfs. I unloaded the bullets from my gun and I put them in my pocket. She didnt notice so that was a good thing. She ran really fast. I heard a wolf howl and it was my brother. I listened and he said "I smell a hunter, lets get him". I wanted to tell him no, but if I did she would know that I am also a werewolf.

Elisha stopped and said "look over there, see the eyes. It's the white wolf, I'm gonna kill it". I started to freak out because she was my brother. My brother came out of the bushes and ran towards her. I screamed "NO" as she released her arrow. It went into my brothers chest and he crumbled to the floor. She was about to shoot him again, but I couldnt let her. I howled in my aplha voice "NO, DONT YOU DARE TOUCH HIM".

I transformed into my feirce werewolf and I stood inbetween her and my brother. I looked back at him. He was gasping for air and he was whimpering. I howled to tell the other wolfs to come. Elisha stared at me and said "no, you cant be, we were friends". I laid down showing her that I wasnt bad.

I got up again and walked over to my brother. I started to whine because he wasnt breathing. He transformed back into a human so I pulled the arrow out. I transformed to and I held him in my arms. She asked "who is that". My eyes glowed angerly at her and I said "this is my brother". I put my hands over the wound and tried to stop the blood.

Reedus and the pack came running and they looked down at me and Brad. Shane looked at Elisha and charged after her. He bite her on the leg and started to shake his head. I set my brother down quickly and I transformed back into a werewolf. I ran towards Shane then I tackled him. He let go of her and asked "what the hell are you doing"?

I growled "leave her alone". I looked back and let my human voice speak so she would understand me. I was still in my werewolf form, but in my human voice. I said "go now". She ran back towards he house and she didnt look back.

I let Shane go and I I ran back to my brother. I picked him up gently without cutting him with my claws. I flung him on my back and I ran. I never ran this fast before, but I guess my adreniline was pumping. I needed to save my brother. I couldnt loose him like I lost my parents. I smelled the cabin so I ran even faster.

When I got to the cabin I tried to slow down, but I was going to fast. I ran right through the door and slammed into the wall. I turned and ran down the hallway. I laid my brother down on the bed and I quickly patched up the wound. Then I said "your not leaving me yet". I dug my claws into his neck and I watched as him chest rose. Then he started to breath again. I was getting lightheaded so I passed out and dropped to the floor.

Reedus shook me and helped me up. He said "you just did the most dangerous thing ever". I asked "what"? He said "you she could have killed you". I said "well I had to save my brother". I looked over and he was sleeping. I walked over and placed my hand on his forehead. I said "time to wake up". He shot up in bed with his eyes glowing bright green. He was growling and baring his scary wolf fangs.

I sat beside him and I tried to shake him, but that didnt work. I slapped him hard across the face and he snapped out of it. I hugged him and he hugged me back. He caught his breath and I asked "are you ok, I thought I lost you". He said "I'm not going anywhere".

Reedus said "you need to rest, but back at your place". Reedus picked him up and took him back to his place. I just sat there in the bedroom and Shane walked in. He said "sorry, I didnt know you still wanted her alive". I said "it's ok, you didnt know". I hugged him and said "but thanks for defending us".

Reedus snarled a bit and I gave him a look. He instantly stopped and let Shane walk out of the room. Reedus shut the door and wlaker over to me. He wrapped his arms around my waist and asked "who are you doing"? I let out a breath and said "good, I'm just glad that he is ok". He said "you were very brave to stand up to a hunter like that". I said "well she was my best friend from school, I never knew she hunted werewolves and vampires".
