The Wolf Inside.

Ch:21

I hear a loud and powerful howl off in the distance. I knew that it came from Reedus, he knew what I was doing, and he was coming. Mike shot up and asked "did you hear that"? I said "yeah, probably a dog". He said "a very big dog". I squeezed his hand and said "let's get outta here, lets go somewhere else". He asked "are you scared"? I said "lets just get out of here, please".

We put our seats up to there normal postion. I didnt want him to get hurt. I just wanted him to get out of the woods. I looked around and then saw a set of fire red eyes. I said "please lets just go". He said "ok". He pulled out and drove out of the woods. The eyes were getting fast and followed us. I said "show me how fast your car can go". He smiled and said "put your seatbelt on". I hurried up and put it on.

Mike reved the engine and sped down the road. I pushed the button to make the top go on. I looked back and the red eyes were slowly getting further and further away from us. After we were on the actual road I started to feel a bit better. Mike looked at me and asked "are you ok"? I looked at him and said "yeah, just got a little spooked by the howl". He said "it's ok, I wont let anything hurt you". I smiled and said "I know, but I just want you to be safe".

As we drove he asked "where do you live"? I told him the address and he said "I will take you home if you want me too". I smiled and said "ok, I want you to meet my brother". He smiled and said "I will gladly meet your brother".

When about 30 minutes passed he pulled into a driveway and asked "is this your driveway"? I smiled and said "yes". We got out of the car after we made it up to the house. He said "your house is beautiful". I said "thanks" while I opened the front door. My brother walked in and said "hello" to the both of us. Mike put out his and and said "hi, my names Mike, nice to meet you". My brother shook his hand and said "I'm Brad". He continued and said "well Mr. Smith, what brings you here"? I felt the awkwardnss and I joined in.

I said "he was just bringing me home". Brad already knew the answer because he caught me in the woods. He said "well thanks for getting my sister back safely". Mike smiled and said "I'm not old, I'm only 20 so there isnt a big age difference between me and your sister". Brad made a fake smile and he said "nice to know, but dont you think it's a bit weird that you are her teacher". I nudged him and said "stop it Brad". Brad looked at me and said "could you go up to your room, I need to have a little chat with Mike". I said "I'm staying down here, leave him alone".

Mike said "I think it's time for me to go". I walked Mike to his car and I said "I am so sorry for my brother". He said "dont be, I dont blame him for being protective over you. Dont beat him up for it, I am very protective of Vic". I smiled and said "good night Mike". He grabbed me and kissed me for a few seconds. After our kiss was over he said "see you on monday". I smiled and said "see you then".

He got into his car and sped away. I stormed back inside and looked for my brother. I smelled the air and found him in the living room. I walked up to him and asked "what the hell was that"? He said "I dont like him, there something up with him. My wolf and I can sense it". I said "there is nothing wrong with him because my wolf was perfectly fine with him". Brad zoned out for a minute then snapped back into realtity. He said "Reedus needs to see you immediatly". I said "well I'm not going to see him".

Reedus howled loud and long into the air. He said "please, I really need to talk to you". I grunted and said "I dont want to see you right now. I walked out of the living room and went upstairs. I walked into my bedroom and shut the door behind me. I locked the door and felt so angry. Reedus kept howling and kept telling me to go see him, but I ignored him.

I put some pj's on and ran onto my bed. I crawled under the warm covers and turned off my lamp that was sitting on my nightstand. I laid there in the dark and looked up at the ceiling. I was about to fall asleep when someone crawled in through my window. I turned my lamp on and seen Reedus standing there with glowing red eyes. I asked "what the hell are you doing here"? He snarled and angirly said "I wanted to talk to you".

I sat up and angerly said "ok lets talk". Reedus sat down on the edge of my bed and said "look, I know you hate me, but just listen to me, please". I stayed silent so he he took the hint that I was listening. He turned around so that we were facing eachother. He grabbed my hand and placed it over his heart. He said "I want you to know that I'm not going to lie this time, you can keep your hand here for proof". I said "ok, tell me the truth then".

Reedus's eyes went from red to blue. He said "I truely love you. I dont think I can live without you. I was an idiot to cheat on you and I am so sorry for that. Please give me another chance to prove myself to you". My wolf said to me "he finally is telling the truth". I smiled a bit and asked "so you truely do love me". He started to get teared up as he said "I cant live without you, I just want my mate back. It took you to kiss another guy to make me realize how much you mean to me".

Reedus quickly scooted towards me more and kissed me. I tried to lean back to break it, but he put his hands on my cheeks and cupped them. Then he put one of his hands on the back of my head and brought me closer. He wrapped his other arm around my waist. He opened his mouth and he said "I love you so much". He put his lips back on mine and wouldnt stop kissing me. I finally got my nails out and lightly scrathced his skin. He jerked back and asked "what was that for"? I said "I have a boyfriend now Reedus, you broke my heart, you dont deserve another chance".

His eyes glew blue and so did mine. My wolf was still inlove with his wolf. My wolf came out and took control of my human. She kissed Reedus to get closer to his wolf. I fought so hard to get my control back. I screamed at my wolf and she backed off. I pushed him away and unlocked my door. He ran over and gently pushed me up against the wall. He blocked me by putting an arm on each side of me. I tried to move them, but he was to powerful. He looked into my eyes and said "please sweetheart give me another chance, please".

My wolf spoke to me and said "please give him another chance". I spoke back to her and I said "I'm with Mike though". She said "break up with him". I thought so hard and came to my final decision.
