Chapter Eleven

"Chelsea," I said, leaning on the door.

"Hm?" She answered as she sat down.

"We're going to dinner tonight," I announced.

"Where?"

"Somewhere. Get ready before seven," I smirked before I walked out.

**

"Seriously, where are we going?" Chelsea asked as I led her down the path.

"We're almost there," I chuckled.

"What's the poi-"

She stumbled in her heels.

"Careful," I said as I helped her stand.

"Thanks," she smiled.

"No problem," I smiled back even though she couldn't see me.

"So, are we there yet?" She asked, looking around.

"No," I replied, taking her hand.

"When will we get there?" she ask me as we started to walk hand in hand.

"In a bit," I said.

We continued walking for a short amount of time.

"My feet hurts now. Stupid heels," she groaned.

In a swift movement, I carried Chelsea bridal style and she squeaked. I chuckled and started walking towards our destination.

"This is not necessary," she said.

"But you like it," I smirked.

"Who doesn't like being carried?"

"Against their will?" I question.

"Never mind," she smiled sweetly.

I chuckled and put her down.

"We're here," I announced as I took off her blindfold.

"A restaurant?"

"Not just any," I chuckled as we walked in.

The waiter quickly took us to our seats.

"I'm going to have to cover your eyes again," I said.

"Why did you need to earlier?"

"Because this place is only for you and me. What if you bring someone else here?" I smirked.

Chelsea laughed and I covered her eyes. About 5 minutes later, we finally arrived at our seats. Once the waiter left, I removed my hands.

"Look behind you," I smiled.

Chelsea turned and gasp at the sunset and the city lights that were below us.

"Okay, maybe you do know romantic," she said and blushed.

I laughed and pulled her seat open for her. She sat down and I went to my seat and sat down.

"How did you find this place?" She asked after we ordered.

"That's confidential," I smirked.

**

"Thanks for dinner," she smiled.

"Thanks for making me enjoy it," I chuckled as I took her hand into mine.

We walked through the night back to my house.

"Can I ask you something?"

"Name it," I said.

"Why do you want that place to be just for us?" She asked curiously.
