Chapter 14
All night I had dreams of what my parents said to me and everything that had happened yesterday. I finally woke up. Someone was holding me. I opened my eyes and Hunter was looking at me.
"Morning gorgeous" Hunter said.
He pushed my hair off my face.
"How are you feeling?" Hunter asked me.
"Pretty good. I'm really sore though." I said.
"I'm sorry baby. We have some muscle relaxers if you want some." Hunter said.
"Ok. What are we doing today?" I asked.
"Well at six tonight I have an interview for a radio station then at nine we are doing a charity concert." Hunter said.
"What time is it now?" I asked.
"It's almost one in the afternoon." Hunter said.
"I've never slept in this late." I said.
"Yeah we have weird sleep schedules on the road." Hunter said.
It was quiet for a minute. Then there was knock on the door.
"Hunter, the guy from the concert thing said he needs you there earlier." Sam said.
"Hold on." Hunter said.
Hunter kissed me then got up.
"If you want to get dressed or whatever you can in here or there's a bathroom right outside my room." Hunter said.
He left and shut the door. I sat up. I grabbed my bag and took out some clothes. Somehow I changed by myself. I threw on a tank top and some cutoff jeans that I had cut myself to make shorts. I sat back down. There was a knock.
"Come in." I said.
Hunter came in.
"Well aren't you looking cute today." Hunter said.
I blushed.
"Thank you." I said.
Hunter grabbed his phone.
"Do you want to come out to the front?" Hunter asked.
"Sure."
Hunter picked me up.
"I'm sorry you have to keep carrying me. I hate being a bother." I said.
"It's no problem." Hunter said.
Hunter sat me down on the couch. Then sat next to me. He dialed someone's number and called them.
"Hello this is Hunter.... Yes how are you..... I'm great.... Ok when were you thinking.... Seven.... Ok let me call someone real fast to see if I can.... Thank you... Bye." Hunter hung up.
"He wants to meet up at seven but that won't work cause the interview is at six." Hunter said.
"Oh don't you just love this stuff?" Sam said sarcastically.
Hunter dialed someone else's number.
"Hello.... It's Hunter.... Is there any way you can I can come in earlier..... Maybe two hours.... Ok thank you, see you then." Hunter hung up.
"Hey Travis, can you get us to the interview place in three hours?" Hunter asked.
"Sure." Travis said.
Hunter called another person.
"Hello... yes.... I can be there then.... Awesome.... See you then bye." He hung up.
