Chapter 7

FAITHS POV

I walked downstairs slowly, everyone was staring at me saying "ooo" I ignored them and walked outside on the porch where Matt was sitting. I sat next to him. We sat in silence. "Come here I wanna show you something" matt got up and I followed " "close your eyes" I obeyed. I could hear the trunk opening. "Open up" Matt was holding roses, chocolate and that giant teddy bear I wanted.
"You didn't have to!" I said tearing up " thank you so much I love it" I ran and gave him a hug and kissed his cheek. " your the best " "anything for you" he responded.

Today was the best birthday ever.
But I don't know what me and matt are. What about Luke...

*the next day*

MATS POV
last night was perfect. But I just don't know how she feels.

I woke up earlier thank usual so I sat in bed and was thinking about her

FAITHS POV

*at shcool

School was normal and boring today.

But when I walked through the back side of the school to go to the bus I saw Luke and Abby making out. That bitch. I started crying and ran away. I got on the bus and cried matt was staying after school so I sat by myself.

I threw myself on my
Bed and dug my face into the teddy bear matt got me last night.

I got a text. It was matt.

-I'm coming over okay?

I didn't respond

I heard him ring the door bell and my
Mom let him in.
I could hear him running up the stairs.

"Faith! What's wrong!??!?"

I started sobbing even more

" L-Luke kissed a-bby"

Matt didn't say anything and walked up to me and sat down and just hugged me. He was rubbing my back
He made me feel safe.

"Everything will be okay" matt whispered

"Faith look at me"

I shook my head. I didn't want him to see my face.

"Please" he whined

"No because I look horrible" I sobbed

"No you don't your beautiful, faith.
Your perfect"

I couldn't help but smile, I turned my
Head slightly so i could see him a little. He smiled which made me happy. Our eyes met. He looked upset

"Faith I hate seeing you like this, Luke is a player and an asshole, he doesn't deserve you at all. And you deserve someone better"

Like you. I thought and smiled

"Thanks matt it means a lot, I love you"

I sat up and hugged him. "I love you too" he said

*a few hours later*

"I'm going to work see you later, and
Lock the doors!" My mom yelled.

"Okay love youuuu!" And the door slammed.

Matt is still here and is laying on my bed, he looks so cute.

"Hey um do you want to make a challenge video?" He said breaking the silence.

"Of course!" I replied
"Okay thank gosh I brought my camera"

*after matt set up the camera*

"Hey guys! It's matt and
Today I am here with my best friend Faith"

I smiled and waved "hi!!"

"Today we will be doing the chubby bunny and the water challenge"

Matt grabbed the marshmallow bag and explained the rules

"1" and he stuffed the marshmallow in his mouth "chubby bunny" he choked.

I giggled and did the same
After a while I had 7 and he had 6

He choked and spit everything out

I was laughing my ass off.

"I WON" I laughed

"Yeah yeah whatever but I know I'll win the next challenge!"

The next challenge is the water challenge. I explained to the camera

" okay so for the water challenge we have to have water in our mouths and listen to funny things on YouTube and try to to laugh, and if we laugh we spit it out onto eachother. "

"Okay so let's do this" Matt yelled cheerfully

I ended up loosing because I think everything is funny. We were soaking wet

Matt ended the video and started laughing

"What?"
"Oh nothing, I just thought of something"
" yeah whatevs " I laughed

I went to the backyard to get some air form laughing too much. I sat next to the pool and before I know it I'm being picked up and thrown into the pool.

"MATT WHAT ARE YOU DOING"
He was laughing hard
"Here let me get you out"
He reached his arm down and I grabbed it, he tried to pull me
Up but I pulled him down in to pool
"FAITH!" We were both laughing by now
"How do you like it bitch!" I yelled

After we got out and dried up, matt was about to ride his longboard back home

"Thanks" I said
"For what?"
"Everything" I kissed his cheek
"No problem faith" he smiled

"Cya tommorow"

Today was officially the best day ever
