"Are you alright?"

"You look tired."

"Ugh, look at thesecircles under your eyes!"

"What's with your face? You're so pale!"

You were sick of those questions. You had troubles with sleeping for the past few weeks or months. You didn't know exactly how many nights you've spent without sleep. You felt tired, but you knew, that sleep won't help it. Your soul was tired.

This world seemed so dull. People were disgusting. They hated you and you didn't why. You've always wanted to have a lot of friends and you were always trying to be friendly and kind, but because of the unknown reason people hated you. They treated you as if you were a dirty homeless dog. You felt like this all the time. You even started doubting in your humanity. You felt like there was a very big dark hole inside of your heart, which needed to be filled with something unknown to you.

There was only one person, who you didn't despise. Chuuya Nakahara. He was the only person who treated you normally. As if you were an ordinary human being. He was your only friend. He was the only one, who could give you calmness, which you desired. You even felt happy, when you were with him. He always tried to make you smile or laugh and he always succeeded in this.

Why was he so special out of all other people? Why did you trust him? Why did he make you feel happy? The answer was simple.

He took a place in the deep dark empty hole inside of your heart

"Why did you want to talk with me, Chuuya-kun?" You asked

That night was strange. Chuuya suddenly phoned you just an hour ago and told you to come to the park, where you often met immediately. His voice sounded worried and...as if he was in hurry. You had to dress and be ready to go in just 10 minutes to get there on time.

You were now swinging on a swing and Chuuya was standing next to you. He didn't have his coat on, but due to the nighttime it was quite cold outside. He seemed to forgot it. The only two things he had with him was his phone and a gun. You were getting more scared with every passing minute by seeing him in such state: all worried and nervous.

"One organization have noticed, that you're hanging out with me a lot. They think you know some important information about Port Mafia." Chuuya finally answered

"But I know nothing!" You exclaimed

"That's the thing!" Chuuya answered "If they capture you, they'll torture you to find out some information and if you say, that you don't know anything, they will think, that you're lying and torture you to death."

Shivers ran down your spine.

"What shall I do?" You asked "I'm not a Port Mafia member, I don't know how to fight!"

Perfect! Just exactly what you needed! Problems with a gang, which was really dangerous and strong!

"I'll protect you." Chuuya said "No one will hurt you as long as you're with me."

You blushed and looked away.

How could he say it to such a creature like you? You weren't worth it. You weren't worth him. You loved him, but you didn't want him to waste his life on someone like you. You wanted him to be happy.

"But you can't do this." You said "You can't be with me all the time."

"I can." He protested "I can live with you till the moment, when I'll be sure, that you're safe."

Your eyes widened after his words.

"Chuuya, you don't have to do this." You said "It's a bit too much for a person like me, don't you think so?"

"What do you mean by 'a person like you'?" Chuuya asked

Oops. You didn't want to say that. You said that spontaneously, without thinking a lot before speaking

"I...eh..." You stuttered

"That was a rhetorical question. I know what you meant." Chuuya interrupted you

He came closer to you and took you by the chin, making your widened eyes look into his aqua blue ones.

"(Y/N), don't tell me, that you're not worth something 'cause I swear to God, I would give you the whole world if I could." Chuuya started speaking "I don't get why other people don't like you, honestly. You're such an amazing person, who I would love to spend my life with. Don't worry about anything as long as you're with, okay? I'll protect you, no matter what. Even if the whole world will would against you, I will protect you because....I'm in love with you."

You got stunned and you were zoned out for a while until you felt a pair of soft and warm lips on top of yours. Chuuya was gentle and he moved his lips slowly. He started kissing you more passionately only after you kissed him back. He rested his palm on your cheek and he stroked your it with his thumb, while you were melting in the kiss.

That night, stars were brighter, than usual.
