Chuuya x Reader (Fantasy AU!) | Broken Rule

You were an elf. A very beautiful elf, I have to specify. You didn't like living with your family and other elves at all. Their culture, traditions, philosophy, everything was too strange for you. You didn't understand that. You always felt like you were different, like you didn't belong to the place, which was called "your home".

You were always  interested in magic and magical creatures. You loved stories about knights, who saved princesses from dragons, wizards, who had an unbelievable power, dwarves, who were great warriors and , especially, you loved stories about humans with different abilities. They weren't just wizards. Each human had their own unique ability. Elves had their own magic too, but it was different. All elves used spells and potions, which weren't unique at all. Every wizard could learn and use them.

Once, you became an adult you left your town and you started you journey. You didn't have any destination. You just wanted to find yourself. You weren't worried about your wasted time because you were an elf. Elves were immortal. Every other creature could only dream about being immortal, but you were ready to sacrifice anything just to become mortal. Being immortal meant that if you fell in love with someone mortal, you would suffer as if you were in hell. Yeah, you would be happy for a couple of years, but you've agony would start. You will see how your loved one got older and older and then he'll die. You, at the same time, will look as beautiful and young as you are now. You'll leave forever with a terrible pain in your heart, but it wasn't the worst part of being and elf

The worst part, was that you could fall in love only once in your life

You've decided from the very beginning of your journey, that you will follow no rules, except one : you weren't allowed to fall in love. You knew, that this will be hard, but you new, that living with such pain will be much harder. Pain scared you to death

One day, you were traveling through the forest. You didn't have a hoarse and even if you did have it, no hoarse could go through this forest, anyway. There road was really bad because usually, no one used this path. You got tired and decided, that it was time to have a rest.

You were sitting under the tree and writing a book. Your dream was to write a book about your journey, your adventures and things and creatures you have seen. You started singing quietly a melody, your mother used to sing you when you couldn't fall asleep. Suddenly, you heard a sound of a broken stick.

You turned your head towards the sound and saw a handsome man with ginger hair and azure eyes, which was staring at you. He looked amazed and stunned. He didn't seemed to be able to look away from you. You blushed a bit because of his sight

"Who are you?" You asked "And why are you staring at me?"

The man looked like as if your voice woke him up after a very long sleep

"Oh,I'm sorry!" He apologized " My name's Chuuya Nakahara. I was staring at you because you are...very beautiful"

Your face immediately got red and you turned your head to your book again and removed your (h/c) hair behind your ear.

"You're an elf, right?" Chuuya asked coming closer to you

"Yes." You answered "And you are human, aren't you?"

You looked up at him again.

"You're right" Chuuya smiled warmly and sat next to you

Instantly, your eyes sparkled and you got excited

"Is it true, that you have special abilities?" You asked him

"That's true." He answered

"And you are an ability user, too?!" You forgot about your book and now all, your attention was locked on Chuuya

"Yes, I am. Why are you so interested in it?" He asked

"I've met a lot of amazing creatures, but I've never met ability users. Plus I think, that you are the most interesting creatures." You replied "All of you are unique. All your abilities are different. None of you can be replaced. Elves' magic is so boring compared to yours."

"What's your name?" Chuuya asked

"(Y/N) (L/N)" You answered

Chuuya looked at you smiling wider than before

"My ability is called "For The Tainted Sorrow." he began " It allows me to manipulate gravity."

"That's amazing! Can you show me how it works?!" You asked him, closing your book and putting it away

"Yeah,sure." He said "But you'll kiss me for that."

"Are you crazy?! I will never do that!" You exclaimed

"Not on lips!" He added quickly " Just a short kiss on my cheek. That's all."

"Just a short kiss on your cheek. Don't even think about something more." You told him

"Don't worry. I won't"

He grinned from ear to ear and activated his ability. He lifted a flower and put it behind your ear, using his ability of course. The flower really suited your eyes. This small action made you smile happily and now you were sure, that Chuuya wasn't a bad guy.

You remembered about your promise and leaned closer to him and kissed him gently on his cheek. Chuuya blushed and slimed softly. After a couple so seconds, you pulled away and whispered in his ear

"You, definitely, are a womanizer, Chuuya" You said laughing

You stayed with Chuuya for a while. You talked with him light-heartedly feeling safe and sound. It was getting darker and darker with every minute and Chuuya started a fire so that you won't get cold. Suddenly, all your calmness broke in just one second.

You noticed something in Chuuya's eyes. The way he looked at you scared you to death. It was obvious, that he fell in love with you. You new that. It was impossible not to notice that,but there something even more scary than this

The most scary thing was, that you broke your one and only rule.

A/N:I LOVE FANTASY SO MUCH! I'm a huge fan of Lord Of The Rings and The Hobbit, by the way so I enjoyed writing this so much!!
