So, we both lived together for nearly two months until we decided to bring faith into our search. We noticed that it was actually a chance now. Our sisters could've been alive.

Lisa and I got closer than we were ever before. We were so afraid to wake up in the morning not seeing each of us. We both were plagued by nightmares since we had each other back. Sounds really weird but we were even more afraid. We both fell back into time.

After the two months we decided to go to the next big city, the one Lisa already went to before she came to me. Again, via hitchhikers, but it wasn't as long as Lisa's travel from Manila to Cotabato. There, we took a re-search on everything that existed about the tsunami. Why didn't we do that earlier? The government couldn't give any information and the money for any other re-searches wasn't enough.

In a city archive, we found an old article about the Tsunami. It said "Only 30 survivor... already 500+ confirmed dead... Attending countries: Philippines, Africa, India, Russia, Japan and China."

We both had to swallow really hard. As it said, the article has only been written like a week after the happening. Already 500+ after only a week.. we imagined how many people must have been found in like a month then. But we continued our re-search.

We hoped on an article about a commemoration or a list of dead people. But we didn't find anything until four month passed. We found a web article about a girl from Japan. A girl that survived the Tsunami in Australia and could be saved. She lives in an orphanage. No picture, no name, nothing. The article wasn't older than half a year. All we found was a name of the orphanage but no telephone number, just an address. We wrote a letter to the orphanage and hoped the girl would receive it (since we didn't have a name or something and didn't know if she still lived there, we were really insecure).

Letter

Dear Madam,

we found your article about the Tsunami 2014. Our deepest compassion.

We are writing to you because we are on our search for our sisters. We are two more survivors. We want to know what happened. We are save and together. In 2014, we have been brought to Russia and the Philippines. We just got back together and now there is a spark of hope and faith.

We really hope that letter reaches you. It's really important and we hope we can get in contact with you.

With the deepest love and hope,

Katherine and Lisa

We really hoped to get an answer.

I've been at college that time. I spent the week in the boarding school of the college and came back to the orphanage at the weekend. I was still in a relationship with Haku. I really loved getting back to the orphanage after a stressful week of college. Of course, I had fun at the boarding school but the orphanage became my home. Not only because of Haku, because of all the kids. They started to belong to my life. Everything became a part of my life. The dumping ground is not the dumping ground for me anymore, it's my home.

Well, every Friday was the same. I walked in and the little kids ran up to me hugging me. The kids who got older smiled at me and said Hi. And Haku gave me a kiss. But that one Friday it was different.
