It was an cool summer evening and the market was full of people. At a stall stood a woman with short blonde hair and looked at the flowers. She resembled my wife Mirena in many ways.
"Beautiful." I said. She looked confused at me. "The flowers, my lady." I said quickly. "My lady, where are you from?" she asked. "A long way from here." I said with a smile. "Well, good night." she replied and walked away.
"Why think separately of this life and the next. When one is born from the last." I said. "That's my favorite poem." she replied surprised. "It speaks to your of yearning of one soul pleading for another." I said. "I'm Mina." she replied. "Vlad." I said and kissed her hand.

"Do you want come over for dinner tomorrow night?" asked Mina. "It would be an honor." I said. She gave me her address before she went home. I put down the note in my pocket and smiled again. A little further away, I saw two guys. The one guy had raven hair and the other one had purple hair. The dark-haired guy laughed and my dead heart was filled with warmth. I went up to them and he stared at me.
"Hello son." I said. "Father." replied Adam happily and hugged me. "I've missed you so much." he said. "I have missed you too." I replied. "This is my friend Tommy Joe Ratliff, we go to college together." said Adam. "Nice to meet you Tommy." I replied and shook his hand. "Can I talk to you?" asked Adam low and I nodded.
"Mary told me you sacrificed your life to save Ingeras." said Adam. "I did, but a man relived me again." I replied. "Someone kidnapped Enzo and I was turned into a vampire." he said. "It was Baba Yaga who did it." I replied and he gasped of fear. "She abducts children to eat them." said Adam and his blue eyes was filled with tears. "Don't lose hope, we'll find him." I replied calmly. "I hope you're right." he said with a sigh.
"I have to go back before Jessica realize I'm gone." said Tommy and I mumbled a goodbye. "Who is Jessica?" I asked. "Tommy's girlfriend, but she just using him." said Adam coldly. "Poor guy." I replied. "Nice that you care about him." said Adam. "You're welcome." I replied. "I have to go back as well but I'm glad you are here." he said happily and I nodded in reply. Adam walked after Tommy and I hoped he'd find someone who love him for who he is.
