"Would you like to see my home?" I asked. "Yes!" said Hector. My next lesson was history but it would end up with yet another visit to the principal. "Do you often truant from school?" asked Hector when sat on the bus. "Since I was thrirteen." I said and he smiled impressed. "I have been bullied because I've the emo style and I could see things that nobody else could see." I said. "I'm sorry." replied Hector. "It's okay." I said.

After an hour stopped the bus in front of a huge dark manor. "Welcome to my home." I said and we went out. "It's amazing." replied Hector amazed. "Perfect place for vampires." I said and he laughed.

"We have to be careful becuase if my aunt Mary see me, she'll give me curfew for a month." I said and he nodded. We walked up to my room and he looked around. "I understand why you love vampires." replied Hector and I smiled.
My door opened and in came Penelope. She looked scared at Hector and I lifted up her in my arms. "Don't be afraid, he's very kind." I said calmly. "Hello, what's your name?" asked Hector friendly. "Her name is Penelope and she is mute becuase my stupid mom kicked my dad almost to death when he was pregnant with her." I said. "You're beautiful." he replied and she giggled.
Then I heard angry voices from down the hall. I went out from my room and saw dad and Adam. Dad held a baby in his arms and he looked coldly at him. "For the last time, I did not killed Raven's parents." shouted Adam. "Stop screaming, you're scaring her." said Tommy. "She's not your baby." replied Adam. "I adopted her." said Tommy. "Don't forget your other daughters." replied Adam.
"Are you okay?" asked Hector worried. "Yeah, I'm fine." I said. "I'm always here if you want to talk me." replied Hector. "Thanks." I said. "That's what best friends are for." he replied and I laughed softly.
