Adam's: POV

-Flashback-

The 5th of October year 1944 England

Although the war was coming to an end, I still heard bombs at night. Late one night I was out walking when a girl ran into a dark alley. I followed after her and she was carrying a bucket of water. Her hair was messy and she was dressed in rags and her face was covered with soot.

"It's not safe to to be out this late." I said. "Are you one of those dreadful soldiers?" she asked scared. "No, I'm an ordinary human, just like you." I said. "I'm Sophia." she replied. "Adam." I said and smiled.

Then the alarm started to howl and we heard the sound of bombers. "I'm scared Adam." replied Sophia. "Do you trust me?" I asked and she nodded. She jumped up my back and I turned into bats. I flew over the bombed city and later came to the country side.

I turned back to normal and Sophia looked amazed at me. "You're a vampire." she said. "Yes I am." I replied. "My grandma lives there." said Sophia and pointed at a beautiful house. (The picture above) "She will be very happy to see you." I replied and she ran to the house.

She knocked at the door and a elder woman opened. "Oh my dear girl." she said happily and hugged her granddaughter. "Hello grandma." replied Sophia. "I thought I had lost you." sobbed Maria. "My friend saved me." said Sophia and I came up to her.

"Thank you so much." replied Maria. "You're welcome." I said. "Do you want to stay?" asked Sophia hopefully. "I would love to but I can't." I said. "I'll never forget you." she replied and gave me a hug. "I will always remember you." I said. They waved goodbye and I knew she was safe here.

-End of the flashback-

Adam has a heart of gold and I'm glad he saved her. I hope you liked this chapter.
