Beckie's POV

It has now been two days of living in this apartment alone. Tomorrow morning, I would be starting my first day as a college student. I was lucky to get accepted this early. I graduated high school early in December and had my diploma mailed to me. I guess it was also good because I probably wouldn't be able to walk the halls carrying a baby in my womb. I was already the "school slut" and I couldn't afford another scandal. Here at college, no one cares what you do and don't do.

I have gone through each one of my classes and how much time I have in between each one. I logged into the campus website to see a map and calculate how far away my classes are. Luckily, they're in the same building so I will have more time for myself. I wish someone was here with me. I have a though time making friends and it's going to be even harder here.

I close my laptop and rub my face with my hands. I look around at the clock reading five p.m. I promised myself to be asleep at ten maximum. I need to go out for a while. I haven't left the apartment once since I got here. I slip my heels on and grab my purse before walking out the door. First thing I need is a phone. While packing my stuff, I had forgotten to grab my phone from Niall's bag. The second thing I need is to go back to the dance shop and get Kendall's number.

...

"Hello, my name is Alexander. How may I help you?" A tall handsome man stands behind a desk.

"Uh, yes. Is Kendall here?" I glance around.

"Her shift ended about half am hour ago." He takes a look at his expensive watch.

"Oh, is there any way I could get her number?" I pull my new phone out of my purse.

"Only if I can have your's first." He smiles at me and I can feel the redness in my cheeks.

"Uh..." I look down at my fingers resting on my phone.

"Oh!" His voice rises. "I didn't know you were... um." He focuses his attention back to his computer.

"It doesn't feel like it." I mumble as he hands me a small piece of paper with a cellphone number on it.

I walk out of the shop and search for the nearest food place around. A small Chinese restaurant across the street catches my attention. I push the small door open and a bell rings. Thankfully, the restaurant is empty. I take a seat on a small table next to the wall. A lady takes my order and begins to explain how a boy came in here a couple of days ago screaming at someone on the phone and taking a seat on the same table I was in.

I chew my food slowly enjoying every single bite. I can't remember the last time I had a proper meal. The time spent with Niall was mostly fighting. I bearly ate or had any time to sleep. He never took me out to the dinner at Monte Carlo he had promised or the lunch in Janeiro. I was locked away in my room either crying or sleeping.

"Rebecca?" A familiar voice pulls me back to reality.

"Gemma!" I jump from my seat and wrap my arms around her. My eyes fill with tears which quickly flow down my cheeks. "What are you doing here?"

"Making sure my brother stays out of trouble." She laughs.

I turn to find Harry standing off to the side. His hands are interlocked behind his back; a habit he seems to never get over. I rush over to him and his arms are quickly around me. I bury my face into his chest and inhale deeply. His amazing smell makes me relax before pulling away.

"I can't believe this!" I wipe the tears away from under my eyes.

"Yeah me either." Gemma points at my stomach. "It's noticeable now."
