Zayn's POV

"You may kiss the bride." The priest nods over to Niall who takes Beckie's face in his hands. I have to force myself to look away as the crowd cheers. My hands are clentched at my side and my eyes search for something to focus on to get my mind off the fact that Niall is marrying the girl I am in love with.

Love? Am I in love? I can't possibly be in love with her. I don't even know what that feeling is like. I shake my head and my eyes land on a girl's head. I chuckle softly at her hair color; purple. She must be one of those girls who sleeps with every guy. I know for a fact she is no Beckie's friend. Beckie would never talk to anyone like that.

"Zayn." Harry shakes my shoulder; snapping me back to reality. "Let's go."

I nod and follow him out of the church. I catch the girl walking up to Niall and shaking his hand. Niall forces a smile before walking up to Beckie. He tries to grab her hand but she insantly pulls it away and waves to the crowd. I smile at her gesture and her eyes land on me. I quickly look away as Niall and her climb inside the car.

The girl is now talking to Gemma and I finally have a good view of her. She is pale and has bright blue eyes. She wears the brightest smile I have ever seen. She looks over at me but quickly drops her gaze in embarrassment as she notices me staring at her.

"Her name is Perrie." Harry says from behind me.

"How do you know?"

"I just do." He shrugs and walks over to Gemma and Perrie. I follow him and stand directly in front of Perrie as Harry whispers something into his sister's ear. Gemma flashes me a smile before she walks away with Harry. I glance up at Perrie who is now staring after the car.

"Lovely couple huh?" I bite the inside of my cheek to keep me from laughing.

"There's something that doesn't convince me. They just look so..." She trails off.

"Fake?" She looks up at me and doesn't say anything. She doesn't have to. Everyone can see through their perfect couple image. "I'm Zayn by the way."

"Perrie." She flshes a smile at me.

"Well Perrie, if your not to busy being part of this whole fake wedding, would you like to have a drink with me?"

"I don't drink." She looks down at the shoes.

"It doesn't have to be alcohol." I laugh. "Fine, how about some ice cream?"

"I like ice cream." She smiles at me and tucks a strand of her purple hair behind her ear.

"Then what are we waiting for?" I bite my bottom lip as we begin walking away from the church.

"You know, I actually just met Beckie today." Perrie laughs as we continue to walk down the street.

"You're joking." She shakes her head and I can't help but laugh. "Well, she always has had a big heart."

"I think it was because I did her hair and make up. I guess she just felt obligated."

"So that's why she looked so beautiful."

"She's beautiful either way." Perrie reassures me.

"Yes but you just made her so much better." She looks up at me and I automatically feel bad for talking about Beckie. Here I am taking Perrie out and most of the conversation so far has been about Beckie. "Anyway, enough about her. How are you?"
