“Nina?” I gasped of awe. “W-What are you doing here?”

Shayne was gone, she just left immediately before the jerk came in. Nina was a strong girl, I’m not going to lie. She tried to take the things that she owned back from me, and that’s why I describe her as a spoiled brat just because of her odd gestures.

“Hey, Diana.” She smirked, devilishly. “Aw, I think the cutie is scared now.”

“Nina, please don’t do this.” I stuttered being astounded by her devilish accent. “Nina, one step closer and I’m going to call the police!”

“Stop threatening me, freak.” Her eyes rolled over. “No one’s going to hear you, no matter how much you scream for help.”

I still stayed in the bed, I was unable to move because of pain. However, I never gave up. Suddenly, my heart is pounding as she grabbed an injection from her pocket, a devilish smile curved her red lips. “Diana, you don’t deserve to be in the world, God’s effort was useless to create or to exist you in this world.” She whispers, a glare placed on her lips. “Harry, oh well, he was just convincing you that you deserve the world. But, Diana, you don’t. Because you’re just a piece of trash in this world.”

She stabbed the injection to me as my eyes widen of pain. “Bye.” I felt dizzy as I fell unconscious, I feel drugged and weak.

Harry

“Nina?!” I shouted and she gasped. “What the fuck did you do to her?!”

“No, it was an accident. The nurse came in and she accidentally did . . . That.” She stuttered.

“What the fuck did you do to the most special girl in the world!?” I screamed through her face and I gripped her wrists, my chest moving up and down as my breath is getting faster. “You are a fucking murderer, Nina. You are the girl who put Diana’s life to jeopardy, you’re a mess.”

“But—”

“No, Nina.” I cut her off immediately because I’m too frustrated and mad to hear her explanation. “We’re done, I’m tired of your little jealousy actions. Why? Because you’re so naïve, that’s it.”

I lost her grip once she walked away, I think she deserves this. The injection was removed and she was deeply unconscious. I called the doctor immediately and once they arrived they immediately brought her to the O.R. and tried to heal her wound or the infection that infected by Nina’s plans.

After thirty minutes or so, she was brought back to her room and I immediately went back to her room. She was asleep and she wasn’t pale unlike the first time I saw Nina in Diana’s room.

Until I realized that Diana’s surgery will be tomorrow morning. It’s giving chills on my spine. I tried to never act anxious when her surgery comes, I wasn’t ready for this. In fact, I feel that I might kill someone right now.

“Hey,” she spoke. “—you look scared.”

“No, I’m not.” I stuttered and protested. “What did Nina did to you? Did she threaten you?”

“No, she didn’t.” She nodded. “Uhm, she’s okay.”

“Diana, she hurt you!” I frowned by her little innocent voice. “I don’t want you hurt, okay?”

“I’m fine, Harry.” She quietly groaned, moving her head to the left and she left a pissed expression after. “Stop acting that you’re my brother.”

“I’m sorry.” I sighed.

“No, I am the one who needs to be sorry.” She said and I realized that her pissed expression is lighting up. “I’m sorry for the mood swings.” She chuckled.

“No, it’s fine.” I smirked. “At least you survived by that intense incident earlier.”

“Yeah.” She was lost by her thoughts. “Hey, so, it’s Louis’ birthday next month. What are you giving him?”

“Whoa, hold your horses, missie!” I joked. “It’s November, Diana! It’s not like two days before Louis’ birthday!”

“Okay, Mr. Styles.” She coaxes. “I am just so excited for his birthday, Eleanor is a special girl.”

“Yeah, but, you’re the more special than her.” I commented. “You’re perfect.”

“I am?” She raised a brow.

“Yeah, you will always be.” I grinned and kissed her lips, I felt that sparkles just appeared around us. We lingered in this position. I didn’t hesitate to kiss her, I just followed my heart and kiss her right to the lips.

She is the bravest girl that I have ever seen for the past few years of my existence.
