This is you last performance, I told myself as I belted out the lyrics. Until the X Factor starts again, you're not going to touch another microphone or stand on another stage. I thought to myself. You're leaving Cali and LA. You're going back to Canada under your first name.
"There's a part of me I can't get back, A little girl grew up too fast. All it took was once; I'll never be the same. Now I'm taking back my life today. Nothing left that you can say, Cause you were never gonna take the blame anyway."
I hoped Chloe would understand why I left. "Now I'm a warrior, I've got thicker skin. I'm a warrior, I'm stronger than I've ever been. And my armor, is made of steel, you can't get in. I'm a warrior, And you can never hurt me again." I lowered the microphone and as the lights dimmed, I waited for Fifth Harmony.

That voice was angelic, beautiful, and unlike anyone from Fifth Harmony. There was only one person who I knew had that voice but it couldn't be her. A tear left a trail down my cheek. "I can't do this." I sniffed and headed for the bathroom."

I watched as the lights dimmed and Trinity took as step back. A backstage crew manager handed her a guitar and motioned for us to come onstage. As we stood in line with Trinity, I being next to her, saw her face was streaked with silent tears. "Don't cry, Trinity." I whispered and wiped away her tears. "I'll make sure they don't forget." Her face broke into a small smile before she bravely faced the crowd as the lights went on. I flashed a grin at Lauren, who was beside me. She open the mouth to say something but the music started. 'Later' I mouthed to her and faced the front again. Trinity strummed slowly along with the music. "Did you forget that I was even alive? Did you forget everything we ever had? Did you forget, did you forget about me?" Ally sang confidentially. This was going to be great.

"Somewhere we went wrong, Our love is like a song but you won't sing along, You've forgotten about us." I bit my lip as I finished the last few notes of the song. A single tear fell past my cheek and a stream soon followed. I handed the guitar to a surprised Lauren and hurried off the stage. When I locked myself in a cubicle in the bathroom, I was sobbing, my mascara causing dark lines down my face. I stayed like that for an hour...two hours, and I lot tracked of time when I stayed in the cubicle. Finally, I stepped out, washed my face of all traces of makeup and slipped out silently through the back door of the stage. I couldn't go back and look him in the eye. I just can't. While heading back to the hotel, I cursed when I realized that I left my phone there, but shrugged it off quickly. After all, I could get a new one easily.

I stared at the fluffy pillows on the bed, staring off into space. I was mainly thinking about where Zach and I would be if he hadn't...done what he did. It hurt even to think about it, but I really wanted to forgive him. Then, I squared my shoulders and stood up, preparing myself for the return trip.
