(Trinity's P.O.V)
Surprisingly, I managed to finish my book without any interruptions. I am a pretty fast reader, I guess. Someone should be banging on my door but the house was silent. Way to silent. I opened my bedroom door and stepped into the hallway. Nothing seemed to be wrong or out of place, so I headed to the living room. Just as I sat down and made myself comfortable on the couch, the doorbell rang. "Perfect timing," I grumbled as I stood up. I unlocked the door and there stood Zach Beeken himself. "Yes, Zach?" I asked. His eyes were blazing with anger and jealousy but he gave me a small smile. "So, where's that male 'friend' of yours?" he said slowly. I smiled. "Well, he just arrived, actually." I told Zach, referring to him. "Oh?" he raised and eyebrow. "Yup. Come on in." I grinned and he walked in, helping himself to the couch. "And where is he now?" Zach asked me. "He's currently sitting on the couch." I replied. He frowned. "How many couches do you have?"
"One." He smiled slightly as he digested what I said, finally solving the puzzle. "How would you feel if he asked you out?" He asked. I beamed. "Delighted, of course!" I plopped myself next to him on the couch.
"Really?" He whispered in surprise. "I was expecting you to reject me. But, now I can finally do this." My breathing hitched as he leaned towards me until our faces were level. Painfully slowly, he gently pressed his lips to mine. His lips were soft and sweet as I let out a sigh of pleasure as my lips parted slightly in response. He broke off the kiss and gave me a cute smile. "Where and when?" I asked breathlessly.
"Um...now?" He said. "Well, lemme change then." I told him.

I drummed my fingers on Trinity's coffee table nervously while waiting for her to get ready. Then, she appeared from her room and my jaw dropped. She looked so beautiful I felt underdressed. "Take a picture, it'll last longer." She smiled while blushing a light shade of pink. I quickly shut my mouth. "C'mon." I smiled and took her hand without realizing.

"Where are we going?" I asked him as we got into his car. He smiles mysteriously. "You'll see..." Had he planned this? I doubt he was able to figure out where to take me while I was getting ready. I mean, I didn't take that long, did I?

"Zach...you've outdone yourself." I told him. Our date was basically a picnic at the beach. He smiled. "I take it you like it?" I nodded in reply. It was almost sunset and the sky had a few streaks of pink. We sat side by side, watching the sun set slowly. "Trinity," Zach began suddenly. "I know I told you I liked you before, but I would like to be more than just...friends." He bit his lip nervously. "Will you be my girlfriend?" I smiled. This was the question I had been waiting for. "Of course! You yourself know you're irresistible." I said the second part jokingly. He grinned. "Thank god I can finally do this without your permission." He mumbled and leaned in. When our lips met, it felt like the best moment of my life.
