[DISCONTINUED] Heroes Begin (A Sonic Fan Fiction)

Chapter 2

Raven/Rachel POV:

Walking to my locker I find my other two friends, Emilee and Ashley.

"Hey guys!" Emilee says as she shuts her locker.

"Sup." I open my locker.

As I am getting my books all I hear is "What is that?" I turn around and see that the chaos emerald had fallen out off my book bag. I snatch it up before any body else sees. Carly now has a 'Oh my god' expression on her face. Even though she knows what they are, but Emilee and Ashley don't.

"What is that???" Ashley says.

"It's a Chaos Emerald..." Says Carly in a hushed voice.

"What does it do?" Emilee questions.

"If you have the power to use it, you can transport places, you can also do destruction with it." I say as I stuff it back into my book bag.

"How did you find it?" Carly's voice sounds astonished.

"I found it in a bush on the way here. You guys can't tell anybody about this. Understand?" I give every one a stern look.

Everybody nodded. I put it back in my book bag. The bell rang so we started to walk to English. Half way there I got pushed down by the most popular girl in school, Bailey Young.

"See you in English~"  She said in that preppy voice of her's that hate so much.

Ashley gave me a hand up and Emilee picked up my papers for me.

"Thanks guys." I say.

When we got to English I saw Bailey surrounded by boys. I rolled my eyes at her on the way back to my seat. About ten minutes into class we all heard screaming in the hall way. Our teacher, Mrs.Billoto, went over to the door and yelled at the top of her lungs. Everyone went up the door and gave out a gasp. I grabbed my book bag and went up but I couldn't see anything since I was in the back of the crowd. I eventually made it to the front and all I could see was papers flying in the air, so I took a step out to see more. A black figure ran past me which made me jump back.

It came back and stopped about three feet in front of me. It started to step closer to me until I could see who it was. I can't believe my eyes.
