Chapter 12

Finally got my computer back! Yayz! (*^*)/) I need your guys' opinion on this. Should I start a tumblr, it would be a "Ask shadow" account. I'm pretty good at drawing on the computer sooo whatcha think? COMMENT PLS THANKIES

Mephiles POV:

My plan is coming together perfectly. After many hours of researching this girl's past and life currently it can finally begin. The plan is to come to this pathetic planet, Earth, to take her three friends and the one she hates. Then to hold them for ransom to get the last two chaos emeralds and Raven. This is going to be too easy. First one to find is Baylee. She lives in the downtown area I guess.

I came upon her home and found her bedroom window. It was around 12:30 in the morning so I thought everyone was asleep. As I floated up to the window I saw her on her phone, sitting in bed. Okay, this makes it a little bit of a challenge but it will still be easy. I chaos controlled into her room and she dropped her phone.

"Your coming with me dear."

She screamed and I heard a voice down the hall yell her name. Then I heard footsteps run down the hall. As the door flung open I grabbed her arm. Her parents stood in shock as I chaos controlled away back to Mobius. One down, three to go.

Raven/Rachel POV:

With every bump and turn I held on tighter. I thought I would have hurt him by now since he's about a 1/2 a foot or so smaller than me. The last time I checked, I was 5'6, so it was a little awkward. Anyway, I was a little curious of where he lived, since we've been driving for quite awhile now. Shadow sure doesn't live by other Mobians. "Hey Shadow. Where do you even live?"

"In the woods."

"Like a cabin?" I swear if he lives in a crappy old log cabin, it's going to be sooo weird.

"Nope. You'll see," I noticed he started to drive through a long dirt path with oak trees lining the sides, "Trust me, it's much prettier in the evening."

Then I saw it. It was a huge red mansion with a porch. I couldn't see what color it was but i could make out the color of the whole place. " Woah..."

"Yeah, G.U.N. pays well."

He opened one of his many garage doors and we pulled in. A light turned on as we entered. He had many other black cars in all different shapes and sizes. He shut off the engine and both of us got off. We took off the helmets and set them on the motorcycle seat. "I have two questions. Number one, how do you get your quills into a helmet?"

"Honestly, I don't even know really. I just hope it doesn't get stuck on my head one day," He chuckled a bit as he lead me to a door that went into the house, "next."

"Okay, why did you pick to live in the woods?" The door lead into the kitchen. It had black coverts  and grey cobble counter tops. The floor was slick wood. We took off our shoes and walked around in our socks.

"I loved how it was so quiet here instead of all the traffic and noise that there is downtown. And the amazing scenery that surrounds the house just took my breath away. Also the trails that I can take walks or ride my motorcycle down are amazing. I just had to live here. Any more questions?" He smiled then walked over the the fridge and opened the freezer. 

"Nope." I sat down at the bar stool around the counter. 

"You like ice cream?" He looked back over at me. 

"YES! Who doesn't!" I giggled. I just LOVE ice cream! :3

"Yeah I know right!," he shook his head with a laugh, "cookies n' cream or chocolate?"

"Cookies n' cream of course!" 

Shadow took out two separate small pints of ice cream and two spoons. He handed me a pint and a spoon. We walked into the living room. There was a black leather love-seat, couch, and recliner. A huge flat screen tv was resting over a fire place. He sat down on the couch and motioned me to come and sit beside him. I sat down with my legs beside me on the couch and grabbed a brown fluffy blanket. I put it over Shadow and I while he went on Netflix with his xbox 360. I then noticed a stack of video games ontop of the fireplace.

"Ohhh so you like to play video games. I play a little myself." I smiled as I leaned my head on his shoulder.

"Yeah. I don't play often but its fun when I'm bored on my days off. So whacha wanna watch?"

"I don't care. Maybe something scary." I opened my ice cream and took a bite.

"Hmmm. I got it! Close your eyes."

I closed my eyes and tried to take a bite, but I missed my mouth and hit my cheek. "Crap..."

He took my hand and guided it towards my mouth. We both laughed at my stupid mistake. "You're welcome. You can open your eyes now.

I wiped the ice cream off my cheek and saw he picked 'The Cabin in the Woods'.

"Haha very funny Shadow." I smiled and he pressed play. 

Shadow POV:

~Two hours later~

After the movie I looked over to Raven and saw she was fast asleep. She had her almost empty pint of ice cream in her hand and the spoon in the container. I took both of our containers and put them on the coffee table in front of us. Then I sat back down as she stirred a bit. She was amazing in every single way; her looks, personality, and oh chaos the ways she kisses. I actually loved her. I smiled as I finally fell asleep beside her.
