[DISCONTINUED] Heroes Begin (A Sonic Fan Fiction)

Chapter 5

((Sorry I haven't updated in a while it was hard to think -_- but will try harder to update more. Also the words like this means the person is thinking it))

Raven/Rachel POV:

Running that fast was so exciting, it gives you the feeling that you can do anything. All the stores were all just blurs passing by, but they soon disappeared as we entered the countryside. There was fields and fields of flowers that were all different in color and shape. Running through all the flowers, watching them fly behind us, having a cool breeze blow across my face, I never want this to end.

By the time we got there the sun started to set across the sky. There was a huge yellow mansion with white windows. He put me down on my feet in front of the door. I stumbled a bit before I could adjust to standing because I was carried. I put my arm on sonic's shoulder to keep my self up.

"Yo Tails! It's me sonic!" You could hear foot steps coming down the hall.

"Just a second!" Tails opened the door.

"Hey sonic! What are you doing here so late," he asked and looked at me, "oh! I've never seen you around here, My name's Tails." He shook my hand.

"I'm Rachel."

Sonic then interrupted. "Um Tails, can we come in? She's kinda hurt." He pointed at my legs.

"Yeah, come in. I can get you some stuff to put on that. Just take her over to the recovery rooms while I get her the stuff she needs. But the one at the end has some one in it."

We walked (or limped) through the door and tails shut it behind us. "It's up that way." Tails pointed up the stairs and walked around a corner.

"Let's go." Sonic said as he picked me up bridle style and took me up stairs. At the top of the stair case there was a long hall way with about 5 rooms. He took me in a room on the right. Before we went in I saw the one at the end had the door closed.

Wonder who's in there.

He placed me on the bed and sat next to me. "So, how did you get here?"

I sighed and told him the summed up version of all of it. "Oh..." That's all he said.

I was about to say something but Tails walked in. "Ok so there's a problem..."

"What?" I asked "Well we need to pick ALL of the thorns out." I sighed and said okay.

2 Hours later...

We finally got all the thorns out and I really want to go to sleep.

"Now we can put this on your leg, wrap it all up, and we're all done." He squeezed out some kind of clear lotion or some thing on my leg.

It burned for a second but it went away quickly. Then Tails wrapped it in huge adhesive bandages. Tails got up from his sitting position on the floor. "It's going to be fine, just be light on it. But to be sure you should stay here the night."

"Okay. Thank you, Tails." I looked down at my jeans and shirt. Man, I need to get new clothes and take a shower. My hair was a mess , I had dirt on my clothes and face, and my jeans were all ripped up. I'm a mess.

"Don't worry, I can get my friend Amy to take you out tomorrow to get new clothes." I guess Sonic saw me looking at my self. He got up from the bed. "Oh and the shower's over there." He pointed to the bathroom door in the room. Sonic, with Tails following behind, walked out the door.

I got up and headed towards the shower.

After my shower I put my clothes back on, since I didn't have any other outfit. I laid my head down on the pillow and pulled the covers over me.

How did this happen? Do people know were I am? I don't ever want to leave. These questions ran through my head as I fell asleep. But my sleep didn't last long.

Thud

I sat straight up and looked around, nothing. I heard it again.

Thud

I had to be coming from another room. I got up and tipped toed into the hallway. I waited until it happened again.

Thud

It was coming from the room at the end of the hall. I tipped toed to the door and cracked the door open just a bit to look inside.

What is he doing here?
