To Keep Her Safe Is All I Know..

-Chris's POV-

I sighed as Ricky dropped by mc Donald's drive through.
"Should we order so thing for Elise?" Asked ghost from the backseat.
"Yeah, give her a cheese burger"
"Large?" Asked Ricky adding it to his list of orders the whole band asked for.
"A happy meal and extra fries"
Rick looked at me strangely as he ordered the food for the bus.
We collected three bags of food and drove back to the bus.
The car ride was silent,
"Do you think she will be there when we get back?" Asked Rick as he drove,
"Who knows, if she isn't back within the hour I'll go out and search for her"
"Alright"

We got back to the bus snd Elise was no where to be found.
Damnit where is she, I nervously ate my food, staring at Elise's untouched meal.
"Ooh yesss extra fries" said vinny opening the bag,
"Don't touch those are for Elise" I said,
"Naawwww just one?"
I rolled my eyes and threw it at him,
"Hey!"
I chuckled,
"Cunt" he said walking away.
I curled up against the window at the booth watching the clock change minute after minute.
Everyone headed for the bunk area but I stayed at the front of the bus.
I waited, waited and waited some more,
Three hours later, the band were fast asleep.
The bus was in darkness.
I shook my head and got up,
"Where are you going?" Asked ghost with hair rollers in and a face mask on,
"Elise hasn't came back I'm going out to search for her"
"You can't go alone, you barely know Stockholm"
"I don't care, stay here call me if she comes back,"
"Be careful"

I pulled over my leather jacket and headed down the street,
She must atkeast be near this area by now.
I walked passed bars, clubs and fast food restaurants.
I walked passed the abandoned train station and to the outskirts of the Stortorget.
I stopped at a small bridge that stood over a lake,
Elise must have crossed this to get into town.
I used a torch on my phone and noticed a figure standing on the edge of the bridge,
It was Elise

"Ellie!"
She turned getting a fright,
"Stay there!"
"I- I can't get down"
"I'll come get you"
She tried stepping down but slipping on some frost.
And falling over the edge,
"Shit!"
I ran around the bridge to the edge,
She struggled to the surface of the semi frozen lake
"Grab my and baby!"
She did so,
I brung her to my,
Her frozen body lay on top of me,
"That's it nice and easy,"
Her body shakes, and her breath was cold.
I wrapped my jacket around her.
She whimpered her hand gripping my shirt as we lay on the grass.
"Your not hurt are you?"
"No" she said quietly,
"Okay good but if any things hurting or broken you tell me okay? Here let me pick you up"
I carried her and she snuggled against my wet shirt.
"I'm gonna get you warmed up alright, your sleeping in my bunk tonight, it has heating next to it I don't want you getting hypothermia"
She nodded In silence.
To keep her safe is all I know.
