"It's been a while Elise, I have missed your company"
"Yeah, pfft wish I could say the same" she rolled her eyes,
"Oh don't be like that, what has been going on since I last seen you" said the therapist.
She looked out of the window to see Chris standing by his car,
The therapists eyes followed hers, him taking a glance at Chris also,
He grinned,
"Is that your partner"
"What's it to you"
"Your always with him I see, clinging onto him, weighing him down."
Her mind processed his words in depth,
"Why, you haven't noticed have you, all this time, using him as a shield, he's came to every session to pick you up ever since I taught you a lesson that night" he said sorting out his paperwork.
"Your scared of me aren't you" he grinned.
Elise flashed him an evil glare.
"And to think I was scared of you, like the way you are looking at me now, the devil in your eyes and sharpened with anger but I bet you can't hurt a fly-
"Fuck you" she slammed her fist on the desk making him jump.
"Oh Ellie, is that what he calls you, you can shout all you want, but it will only turn me on even mo-
"Sir you have a phone call," said a man heading into his office.
"I'll take that, same time next week?"
"You bet" she spat.

She left and headed out of the building,
Chris turned, as soon as his eyes met her p, his face lit up.
And so did hers,
"Hellooo" he smiled kissing her cheek and gaining a close embrace before holding hands.
"You okay, your hands are all shaky"
" Huh? Oh yeah, I'm good,"
Chris frowned and kissed her hand.
Elise kept walking, not being focused enough and almost walking into a wall but Chris grabbed her.
"Okay, what's going on,"
"What do you mean"
"Your not focused like you normally are"
"I just wanna go home okay"
"Did he say something to you?"
"No- I just- I've been thinking that's all"
"About what?"
"Just life,"
"I love you, you know that right?"
She smiled looking down,
"Come on, let's head home" he smiled wrapping his arm around her.
