Haytham was exhausted. After a whole week of trying to track down Aaliyah  and failing again. He wanted to give up but he couldn't. His heart wouldn't let him. His mother tried in vain to get him married to nice Muslim girls but Haytham always found a way to get away. He had traveled to New York to visit his friends. He was happy for them. Ariana and Jem had converted to Islam after travelling to  Amman, Jordan. They had gone with Haytham to try locate Aaliyah.
later on the two decided to get married Ariana had gotten over Haytham even though they used to be highschool sweethearts.

Haytham flies once a month from London just to visit those two. They were all that he had , apart from his mother of course.

He liked New York. It was different from the classy London. He went to Manhattan just to walk around.

Everywhere he went some people recognized him and would come running to him. He would genuinely sign their books for them.

He had written that book after parting ways with Aaliyah. He didn't want to have it published but Jem talked him into it. His novel become famous.
When Aaliyah first saw that book with Haytham's photo  at the back she knew she shouldn't read it but she still did. After finishing it she relived the pain she had felt that day. Haytham had captured every scene and every moment the exact same way it happened.

Haytham was eating his lunch at Macdonald's when he saw his worst nightmare walking in. A tall beautiful brunette with a cute dimple walked in. She smiled immediately after seeing Haytham.

"O Allah!" Haytham muttered under his breath. He looked up at her and smiled.

"Fancy running into you." She said with her heavy accent. Haytham simply stared at her. This lady was comfortable in her own skin. She hardly wears a thing.

"Are you staking me?" He asked her rudely hoping she would back off. She simply smiled revealing her perfect teeth and cute dimple.

"No I am not. " she said defensively. "I am here to have lunch. Like any other normal person."

"Yea right!" Haytham ran his fingers through his hair frustrated.

"I missed you so much!" The lady exclaimed. Haytham looked at her and shook his head.

"What are you doing in New York?"

She sat opposite of him and played with her hair.

"Photo shoot." She answered bored. "And you?"

"None of your business." He just wanted her to disappear. "Stay away from me. Why are u always following me around? Last week when I was in Abu Dhabi you were there too and now that I am here, here u are."

She felt hurt but did not show him.

"Don't praise yourself. I am here because of work. I am a world class model."

Haytham angrily stood up to leave. He stopped at the counter to pay the bills. He went back and stood in front of her.

"And please Bayden wear something decent. Putting yourself out for show will only lead you to hellfire." He said and walked away.

Bayden looked around and realized the people were staring at her. She quietly walked out and went to her car. She closed herself in and cried her heart out.

Despite of her beautiful features, Bayden can not get what she wants the most, Haytham.

Haytham knew that was way rude of him. For some reason he didn't care. He knew Bayden and hated her guts. The way she exposes her body and shamelessly says she is a Muslim puts him off. He had a big problem; finding Aaliyah.
