Chapter 9: Motion Sickness

Sienna Astra's POV

Tahimik lang akong nagsusulat sa notebook ko habang ang lalaki naman sa may puno ay mahimbing na natutulog. I heaved out a deep sigh of relief as I finished the chapter 8 of my story. I looked around, enjoying the beautiful view of Denville City. Ito na ang bago kong tirahan. Malayo sa dalawa kong kinalakihan.

Natigil ako sa pagmamasid sa paligid ng mahagip ng mata ko ang maamong mukhang at mahimbing na natutulog na si Zero.

He has a perfect-shaped face which causes so many girls to lose their focus. Those long eyelashes that made his eyes prettier than they already are. His small pointy nose na parang sa babae. The picture of him sleeping made me chuckle. He looked like an angel. A fallen one.

It was all perfect hanggang sa bigla syang nagsalita na ikinatigil ko.

"Just take a picture of me, that would be easier, but creepier." I stumbled a little and immediately took my pen and notebook as if I've been writing for the whole time. Funny Sienna, really.

"What are you talking about?" pagtatanggi ko. I could see him in my peripheral vision. He stood up and fixed himself. 

"You know what I'm talking about. You, staring at me." he said then smirked.

"For your information mister, that was just an accident." I denied. Great, Sienna you just won the title of being "The Lamest Person of the day".

"Really? how come?" He teased. I ignored him and fixed my stuffs, ready to leave. "Where are you going?"

"Again, Isn't obvious? leaving?" Then I started walking away. Damn, it's getting too late. Alas tres y media ng umaga na pero 'to ako, nasa labas ng kwarto ko. Wide awake.

"I'll drop you off by the fairy dorm's main door."

"No, thanks. I can walk without your help. I'm an independent woman." pagtatanggi ko.

"Tss ang arte. Bahala ka nga." Then he walked pass me.

What was that attitude just now? Rude little jerk! Napakabipolar.

"Sienna wake up!! Late na tayo!!!!"

"Hmm?"

"Get ready!!! Zero will get mad."

"Shut up, will you?" I covered my head with my soft pillow, enjoying the moment with my bed. Goood, I love my bed. I'd gladly marry it. Who cares about boys when you got your bed who's willing to take care of you for the rest of your life.

"Dude, it's 7:50 am."

Sht.

NO!

Nagmadali akong tumayo sa higaan ko at kinuha ang uniform kong naka-hang, at iba pang susuotin ko sa walk-in closet namin. Kinuha ko din ang magic bookbag ko at nilagay lahat ng gagamitin para sa aming small expedition. Halos magkanda kanda dapa na ko sa pagkataranta.

Nawala sa isip ko na ngayon pala ang alis namin papuntang Lux Mountain.

Junior Highschool lang ang pupunta dahil sila lang ang allowed na makita ang familiar nila. Sabi nila, "disciplined mind for a difficult responsibility".  

After kong ayusin ang gamit ko, kumuha ako ng towel at dumerecho sa banyo para mag quick shower.

"5 minutes!!" I yelled, so Cress can hear it. Matapos kong gawin ang lahat ng morning routines ko lumabas ako ng banyo habang nagsasapatos. I nodded at Cress as a sign na ready na ko. Na-gets naman nya ang pahayag ko kaya lumabas kami ng kwarto at dumerecho sa Cafeteria where we all decided to meet up.
