Chapter 38: His Destination

Sienna Astra's POV

"10 minutes before arrival." said the announcer of this darn plane. Twenty-four freaking hours of freaking suffering is a pain in the butt. As the transportation departed, I felt the same feeling when I rode a magic van when we did the familiar hunting event. This started when I first found out about my ability.

It must be a side effect of being a late bloomer or some sort?

Freaking Zero didn't cast the spell on me. Reason? So, I could get used to it. If it wasn't because of this motion sickness, I could've smack him with my super strength. 

I went to the restroom for countless times, just to freaking throw up!

NOT FUN AT ALL.

I suddenly felt the weird pull inside my stomach. Uh-no, not again. Mabilis akong tumayo at tumakbo papuntang banyo pero may epal na humarang sa daan ko.

"Miss Serena, we're about to make a landing. I need you to stay in your seat and fasten your seatbelt." pagpipigil nya sakin. I ignored her at nagtuloy tuloy lang sa paglalakad pero yung babae ay hindi nag-iisa sa pagiging epal. He grabbed my arm and dragged me back to me seat. Sya na din naglagay ng seatbelt ko. 

Sinamaan ko sya ng tingin at aalis na ulit when he pushed me back to my seat and placed his palm on my forehead. I felt relaxed and better. Nung napagtanto ko ang ginawa nya, agad kong sinampal ang braso nya ng may halong lakas.

"Bakit ngayon lang? After 24 hours??" pagalit kong tanong. He grinned and looked straight at the front. Nakaupo na pala sya at hindi man lang ako pinansin. Inirapan ko nalang sya at tumingin din sa harap at maya-maya lang ay naramdaman ko ang pag-lapag ng eroplano.

Nung makababa na kami sa isang private runaway, inihatid kami ng isang grupong mukhang mga bodyguard sa isang building gamit ang kotseng kapareha ng amin. Buti nalang hindi pa nawawala yung spell sakin.

MACUSA CONDOMINIUM 

yan ang nakita ko pagbaba namin ng kotse. Agad kaming pumasok at binigay ang pangalan para sa reservation. One big unit for the five of us— with five rooms in it. We took it kaya naman binigay na nila samin ang susi para sa kwarto.

"Sheez, this place is big!" tugon ni Luke habang tinitignan ang paligid. It is indeed big. Doble or triple ng isang dorm room namin sa school. 

"Can we just stay here?" Cret jokingly said. I shook my head at pumasok sa isang kwarto. Pero iba ang bumungad sakin. There, I saw Zero— taking his shirt off. Shit. 

I quickly looked away and pretended that I was just looking at the painting beside me.

"W-What are you doing in here?" I managed to ask. Sienna, keep all your crap together.

"This is my room. Didn't you hear me say, I'm taking the first room?— or maybe this was your intention all along. Sneak into my room."

Padabog kong sinara ang pinto at naglakad papunta sa second room since nakita ko ang iba na pumasok sa ibang kwarto. Before marching inside, I heard a hysterical laugh coming from the room I first came in.

Tch, jerk.

Busy akong naglalaro ng susi ko out of boredom. Iniikot-ikot ko ito na sya namang paglikha ng gintong glitter circle. I'm bored. We all are. Luke was checking all the weapons he's hiding in his summoning dimension. Cressida was just quiet while looking at her bracelet. Cretania was meditating, Zero was.... Well, he hasn't come out of his room. He can stay there forever, I don't care. 

I tapped the key I'm holding on the back of my hands while thinking. Then, when a thought popped out of my mind— I slammed both of my hands on the table in front of us to get their attention. It made a loud noise and, a little crack on the table. Oops.

"Todos ustedes escuchen me." pangunguna ko, napatingin naman silang lahat sakin, "I'll try to do a locator spell so we can find Oberon ng mas madali."

"How? I mean, I know you can ask the stars for a help, but you haven't seen him." Cress asked, but I can still feel the hope in her voice. I saw her eyes lit up for a moment.

"She doesn't need to see him, she just need something that connects to Oby." Cret answered at umupo sa tabi ni Cress.

"But, wala tayong kahit na anong pag-aari nya." minsan pala may sense din si Luke 'no?

"Anong meron?" tanong ng isang lalaki sa likod ko. Lumingon ako sa may-ari ng boses na ito. He was wearing a simple shirt and pants, her hair was still wet. Probably just got out from the shower. He leaned closer and stared at us with a curious look on his face.

"May balak ka pa palang lumabas ng kwarto mo. Akala namin nilamon ka na ng kama." pagbabati ko sa kanya. Inirapan lang ako ng ugok at umupo sa tabi ko.

"Sienna is planning to do a locator spell." tugon ni Cret na medyo natatawa dahil sa pangbabara ko kay Zero.

"But we need something that connects to oby o kaya naman ay pag-aari nya." Luke added.

Something that Oby had...

The bracelet!!

"Cressida, your bracelet!" I said with excitement hidden in my tone of voice. 

"What about— oh yeah, here." binigay nya sakin ang bracelet ng may pag-iingat. Is it just me or naging excited sya?

Kinuha ko ito at inilipag sa mesa na pinagdrawingan ko ng star kanina. I snapped my finger, causing the star to glow into a bright golden light. Amazement was written on their face. Inilagay ko ang mapa ng Quezon City na nakita ko sa ilalim ng mesa kanina sa tapat ng star. Kusang nagkaroon ng magic circle ang ibabaw nito at lumutang ang mapa sa ibabaw ng magic circle. To have a better access with the directions, I used pyxis's key and put it above the star.

"Asteri pista," I chanted. Umilaw ang lines sa mapa at nagkaroon ng runes sa ibabaw at bago nawala, "Phesmatos tribum nas ex viras, sequite sanguinem."

Inulit ko 'yon ng dalawa pang beses hanggang sa may mga maliliit na stars ang lumabas sa isang way. Parang itinuturo nito kung saan kami dapat dumaan at pumunta. Nawala na ang mga ilaw at naiwan nalang ang mga stars at isang rosas sa tapat ng isang lugar.
