Back to School for Sylvia and the twins?

Right before I went back to work that same day, Sylvia and the twins....Sylvia now 13 and the twins both 5...Kelly now 2, asked me if they could go back to public school. "We'll talk about it when Daddy and I get home." I assured them as I kissed each of their heads. "Love y'all. Have a good day today!" "We will, Mama!" Sylvia and the twins said. I looked at Mrs. Hermann, who was holding little Kelly, and thanked her and kissed the baby goodbye as well. Then, I drove to the station. Feelings of joy and sadness overwhelmed me, but I slowly got through it.

When I got to the station, parked, and locked my car.. and went into the station, I made a fresh pot of coffee in the break room and poured some into a mug and put cream and sugar in it when it was done. "What a morning." I told myself as I drank my coffee. As soon as I finished my coffee and washed and dried the mug, the alarm went off and I suited up along with the crew. I had to snap myself out of the shock that the kids gave me. I laughed at myself. "You good?" Cruz asked. "Huh? Yeah, I am...it's just that the kids want to go to school again." I replied as we hopped in the truck and rushed to the scene. "Let them, think and talk it over first." Cruz said. I nodded.

We responded to another car accident, the car crashed into a light pole. What we saw next was very unexpected, a truck came flying into the scene, clipped the car, and crashed into a fence in the shoulder of the road. "What the hell?!" Hermann yelled. We immediately got to work. Cruz, Severide and I helped victims out of the car while Hermann, Boden, Otis, and Casey(yes, Casey..) helped the truck driver and passenger out of his truck before the truck burst into flames. The driver of the truck was fighting and yelling. I motioned to Voight and ran to help out and stop the fight. "What's your problem, pal?! Huh?!" I yelled at the driver. The driver lunged at me.
