Also, these places might not be literal places.
1. Your dreams (day and night)
- I will have to admit, my BTS story concepts come from my dreams.
2. When you do homework
- Only this one sucks because then you have to stop doing homework just to remember what you were going to write down.
3. When you read a book or a story here on Wattpad (or any other
- For me, they're usually based off the book.
4. Riding in a car/bus, maybe a plane
- Planes always give me one of the following: flying stories, the main character can't reach their dreams, the main character either has left their family or they're studying abroad. Cars? Cars give me the stories that are hard to put into words. They make sense in my head, but when the main character faces a roadblock, so do I.
5. A library
- These ones are so mystical. They'll contain magic and/or romance.
6. Listening to music
- It helps if you look up the lyrics to the song.
7. Before you go to sleep
- Stories that come to me before I sleep keep me up is really my only problem :/
8. In the shower
- Stories from taking a bath are... Odd, weird ones. I recommend to not post these.
9. Hanging out with a friend
- A lot of concepts I write down but never publish are based off of my mind wandering to the future--what would I act like around them when we don't see each other everyday (we're going to different schools in a few years)? What would they act like in this scenario? When I look back to my old writings that are like that, I laugh :P
10. Listening to someone rant/vent or flat out talk
- My concepts have taken a slightly dark turn/tone, due to the fact that the more I deal with situations I thought weren't possible the more I have to vent somehow. And when I say flat out talk, it's usually about serious things, like how it's real polite not to STALK people or how you shouldn't immediately assume someone's okay.
