~Midnight~
Karah got in the car, a worried look on her face."What's wrong Angel?" I asked, and she looked at me.
"I saw someone." she said barely above a whisper. My eyes went wide, but I kept them on the road.
"I saw silver." she whimpered, but tried to hid it by crossing her arms. I chuckled.
"You don't have to hid that you're scared. I get scared too ya know." I said, and she sighed.
"I know, it's just that I have to be the Alpha in this situation." She said, and I sighed as well.
"I know you do." I replied, and patted her leg. We drove another twenty minutes, then pulled into my driveway.
"Your mom won't care, will she?" Angel asked, and I shook my head.
"Good, 'cause I ain't goin' back home." she laughed, and I smiled.
I lead her into the house, and showed her to my room that held so many memories. So many laughs, and midnight prank calls.
Angel flopped down on my bed, and i flopped down next to her.
"Midnight." Angel said, and I looked at her.
"Yeah."
"We have to do something special for Sophie's Initiation Ceremony. I feel like she's different than all the other wolves out there. She's hiding something, and I intend to fin out." she said, and closed her eyes.
" 'Kay, I'll see what I can do to help." I replied, and closed my eyes.
We fell asleep with Sophie on our minds, nothing but. She was special, that's for sure!
