~Angel~

I woke with a start to the sound of cracking fire and the smell of smoke. I heard screaming and yelling coming from down the hallway.

"I told you! You would pay!" I heard Tundra's voice from the living room, and I coughed as the smoke drifted into my bedroom.

I shook Stiles awake and he looked around confused.

"F-Fire!" I croaked, and was launched into another coughing fit.

His eyes widened and he jumped out of bed, throwing the door open.

The living room was a mixture of bright orange and red. The flames licked up the walls, at least 6 feet tall.

Stiles ran into the living room, and I followed shortly behind.

Tundra was battling Steam, and Stiles had gone to help the girls.

"Midnight! Get Red outside, she's still weak!" I yelled to her, and dropped to the ground as I started coughinh again.

Midnight rushed over to Red, who was crying and curled into a ball in the corner, and picked her up.

"We have to go! Steam will be fine!" she shouted, and Red still cried as they helped each other outside.

"TUNDRA!" I roared, and he stepped back, but not before he shifted into his wolf and scratch Steam across the chest, leaving a very deep gash.

Steam collapsed into Stiles, and I ran over to help them outside. Tundra ran out the back door, while shifting out of his wolf, and we got outside.

When Red saw Steam, she rushed over and held his hand.

"Omigod, Steam! What happened, is he going to be ok?" she rushed, and I help up my hand to show her i didn't know.

She started crying even harder, and Midnight held her for comfort.

Stiles and I layed Steam on the ground, and Red ran over.

She ran her thumbs over his soot streaked face, and whispered sweet nothing's softly to him.

Tears welled up in my own eyes as Stiles called 911.

"This is all my fault..." I muttered, and Red looked over to me.

"Angel, this is nobodies fault. You can't change what other people do, it's just the way it is." She said, and offered a shaky smile.

I smiled back, and leaned over Steam.

"Stiles, give me your shirt." I said, and he ripped off his shirt showing his barley visible 6 pack.

I took a deep breath, and told myself not to look at it. Then I would do something I was going to regret.

I wadded up the shirt and pressed firmly on the large -and now bleeding- very heavily wound.

"Stiles, when the fuck is the ambulance gonna get here?!" I barked at him, and he looked over to me.

"In about 10 minutes." He replied, and I scowled.

"10 minutes?! He might not make it in 10 minutes!" I said, and he frowned.

"Sorry, they'll be here as soon as they can." He replied, and I pushed a little harder on the wound.

Steam grunted, and I let up.

"Sorry..." I muttered, and Red held his hand tightly.

The ambulance arived a few minutes later, and Steam was hauled into the back on a stretcher.

Red followed, and Stiles, Midnight and I stayed behind.

Tundra would never know what hit him, becuase soon, he would meet the real Angel inside me and the wrath of her pack mates.
