"Alam ko kung saan yung landrine forest!" Masayang sabi ko at nagkaroon kami ng pag asa. "Ano pang hinihintay natin? Puntahan na natin yun!" Sabi ni KD. Tumango na kami pero biglang sumabat si Zyrus. "Don't you think na agad agad tayong pupunta? Without a plan? Without anything?" Makahulugan ang tanong niya and he has a point.

"He's right. We need a plan. Uhm, Russell can you search for that lab you are saying and blueprint if possible. I trust in you." Sabi ko at tumango siya. "Sure miss. I am not the best hacker for nothing." Sabi niya at nagwink. I'll mark your words.

Pinanood lang namin siyang mag encode ng kung ano ano. Medyo kinakabahan ako and my adrenaline is already rushing. "Don't you worry, we've got the best." Napatingin Ako sa direksyon ni Zyrus at seryoso siyang nakatitig sa akin. Titig talaga and that stare that can melt you.

Ako na ang nag iwas ng tingin dahil hindi ko kayang tagalan ang pakikipagtitigan sa mata niya. Those bluish-green eyes. I'm drowning it's so beautiful that I can't help but look again.

"Hello? Earth to Amethyst?" Napabalik ako sa realidad ng iwagayway ni Yanna ang kamay niya sa harapan ko. "Ano bang nangyari sayo Amethyst? Nainlove ka na ba kay Zyrus! Omayghad!" Napahawak pa siya mukha niya. Nanlaki naman ang mga mata ko sa sinabi niya and I heard Zyrus chuckled.

"Omayghad so is it true?!" Si Eliana naman ngayon. Napailing na lang ako. "Ano ba naman yang mga pinagsasabi niyo." Sabi ko. Where in the world did they get that joke? Ako mainlove kay Zyrus? No way.

Napagdesisyunan namin na hindi na namin pa ipagpapabukas ito kaya naman nagpahinga lang kami ng kaunti at nag gayak na. Kumportable ako sa suot kong black leggings at V-neck white shirt na pang itaas. This is my usual attire. Hinayaan ko lang na nakalugay ang buhok ko. Lumabas na ako ng room at nadatnan ang ibang ayos na rin. Russell handed us some gadgets that are somewhat new to us. "You can use all of it. Specially made for peculiars. Good luck fellas." Sabi niya at nagbow.

Hindi na daw sasama si Russell dahil abala pa siya sa code cracking at paghahack. He gave us the blueprint and awhile ago we made a plan. Now, we're ready to go.

Kotse ni Zyrus ang gagamitin namin. Sa shotgun sit ako pinaupo ng mga loko pero ayos lang. It's better off that way. He then started to drive.

Fear, hate, anger, curiosity, and vengeance pushed us to go there.

Landrine forest. Nandito na kami ngayon at kinakabahan ako. "We're here." Sabi ko at nauna ng bumaba. "Woah, I didn't expect it will look like this. Mas malala to sa kahit ano pang forest na napuntahan ko." Sabi ni Eliana. We were greeted by the tall trees and the setting sun.

"So here, stick to the plan. Yanna I need you with me." Sabi ko at nagsitanguan sila. We scattered pero tiyak na magkakarinigan dahil sa wireless earphones na bigay ni Russ. They went to their assigned places.

"Amethyst, no signs of the lab in here." Rinig kong sabi ni KD.

"Same here."- Eliana

"Here also."- Zyrus

"What?! We just began. Maybe I should look from a bird's view. I'll check from up above." Sabi ko at nag invisible muna bago unti-unting lumutang paitaas. I'm levitating with control. "What can you see up there?" Zyrus asked. "Puro matataas na puno lang. Wait I'll go further." sabi ko at halos libutin na ang buong gubat. But I found, nothing. We were tricked. I think it's planned.

Umikot pa din ako at hinihiling na makakita ng kung ano namang sign ng kahit ano. I heard no sound from them at pinili ko na lang na bumaba.

Napabuntong-hininga ako sabay ang pagbaba. Thay were really wise.

"Guys.."  nagulat ako at hindi nakapagsalita. Nabigla ako ng makita sila biglang walang malay. Maging si Yanna na kanina ay invisible ay walang takas. Who did this?! Luminga-linga ako sa paligid and I knew for sure. We fell for their trap. I felt someone's presence. Not only one, I feel like they're many. Someone's behind my back right now. Mabilis ko itong nilingon pero nahawakan niya ako sa leeg. He's wearing a suit. Nagsilabasan na rin sila. They all are wearing it.

We're dead.

I tried to fight but then, part of me is still human. And I fell to their spell, but before I fell I saw the a man's smiling face plastered on his face. I remembered him. All of them,in my dream.  "At last my dear, you are here. Electus." his last words before darkness cradled me.

'Amethyst'

'Amethyst, hey my dear wake up.'

I slightly open my eyes just to be greeted by her smiling face. The late electus. I suddenly stood up. I'm not in chains nor taken. I am with her right now in a beautiful place. But  realization hit me. This is a dream. I am dreaming. "I failed you. I'm sorry." napayuko ako dahil sa hiya. "Sorry po kasi mali ata yung napili niyong maging electus. Mahina po pala ako. I'm not capable of being like you or more than. If I myself can turn back time how I wish you.." I began to cry.

I feel so useless. Ang bilis ng pangyayari. It's just that it's all my fault. Kung nalaman ko lang agad na mangyayari to. Kung alam ko na sana kung paano gagamitin yung ability ko na makita ang hinaharap. Kung kaya ko...pero hindi. I put the blame on me. Ako ang may kasalanan.

'No sweetheart. You've done a lot. Don't blame yourself and everything has a reason.'

"Pero.."

'Shh. Ikaw ang nagdidiscourage sa sarili mo. Kaya mong gawin yun. You are stronger. You just don't need to be afraid. Show off the real you. Hindi pa huli ang lahat. Wake up. You need to. Believe in yourself 'cause they all need you. They are right there, waiting for you. Wag mo silang biguin ngayon. Make your own ending.'

She is right. She is right. Nakadepende sa akin ang lahat ngayon. Hindi pwedeng ako ang mahina. My dear peculiars are waiting for me. Hoping that I will save them from misery. I will not fail them this time.

Nakita ko muna siyang ngumiti ulit. Umihip ang malakas na hangin at pumikit ako. At sa muling pagdilat ko ng mga mata ko ay natagpuan ko na ang sarili ko sa isang kwarto. Nakahiga ako at walang anumang tali. Tumayo ako para sumilip sa siwang sa pinto. I'm in the lab. Inaral ko ang kwarto. Walang bintana. Kama lang at pinto ang naririto.

"My dear electus is awake."umalingawngaw ang boses ng isang lalaki sa buong kwartong kinaroroonan ko. Hinanap ko ang tinig. Nanggaling sa speakers. Hidden speakers to be exact. "I didn't now that the electus has a gorgeous face. Nakakaawa lang. Sayang ka." And I heard him laugh.

"Who are you? What do you want from us?" Tanong ko at palinga-linga lang. "Uhh, you'll know soon. For now, suit youself. We'll give you the best treatment here. Hindi kami ang katatakutan mo." sabi niya pa.

"Damn you. I'm not stupid." sabi ko. "You don't have a choice." seryosong sabi niya at bumukas ang pinto. Pumasok ang dalawang lalaki at kinuha ako.
