Chapter 9

~Sunny's POV~

I woke up at 7 o'clock this morning. Ready to get ready for school. I brushed all the knots out of my hair and fixed it into a high pony. Maura kindly ironed my uniform for me last night, so I just threw them on. I put on my Vans and double knotted them. I went into the bathroom and locked the door, relieving myself and washing my face and brushing my teeth. I grabbed my school bag and went downstairs. I found Kyle in the kitchen eating some breakfast. I smiled at him and went to find Maura, but instead I found Chris putting on his coat near the front door.

"Off to school so early?" He asked. I looked at the time and it was 7:35

I nodded. "Yeah, if I don't get the next bus, I'll get stuck on a really crowded one and I hate being in crowded places." I told him, grabbing my parka from the coat hook.

He nodded. "I could give you a lift if you want?" He offered.

But I politely declined his offer. "No thanks, I'm fine, but could you please tell Maura that I'm leaving?" I asked. He nodded his head, I thanked him and left.

As I walked past my house, I felt my heart ache for a split second.

Mum rang me last night.

Skye misses me.

Mum misses me.

Nan is in a bad way.

Everyone sends their love.

She's stressed

I don't know what I would do if nan died.

Loosing dad nearly finished mum, and loosing her mum as well could finish her off.

I'm just relieved she made it off the plane safely.

I arrived at the bus station and leaned against the shelter.

I refused to sit down because the bench was wet from the rain.

After about fifteen minutes, the bus hadn't arrived and I felt my hand starting to become numb from the cold.

I took out my phone and plugged me head phones in. I put on shuffle and Pretty Brown Eyes by Cody Simpson came on.

My jam.

After another five minutes the bus finally came. I took my money out of my purse ready and stood in the que.

Around five people got on the bus and then the doors closed.

wtf

"Why the hell did the bus drive off?" I heard a girl grunt to her friend.

"The driver said it was full." She said to her friend.

I sighed and jiggled a little, hoping to warm my self up.

If a bus doesn't come by soon I'm going home. Well, back to Niall's.

I felt some damp through my feet. The wet getting through my shoes. Ew.

~Niall's POV~

I woke up early in the morning to pee.

8:01.

Way to early.

As I was walking back to my bedroom, I took the opportunity to check in on Sunny.

She wasn't in there, so where is she?

What day is it?

Monday. Great she'll be at school.

I sighed and walked down stairs to the kitchen.

"Oh Niall could you give Kyle a lift to school please?" My mum asked me.
