Chapter 28

\\\ A/N - we've skipped like a week in the story, so now it's the night before Niall's flight///

Sunny's POV~

"I can't believe you have to leave tomorrow." I sighed into his chest.
"Neither can I." He started running circles on my back.
"How long will you be away?"
"Well technically I will still be on break, but I'm needed for the Brits, so I might try and come back for a few days after then."
"I'm going to miss you so much."

~Niall's POV~

"I'm going to miss you so much."
"I'm going to miss you too baby."
I didn't realise she'd started to cry until I felt some damp on my t-shirt.
"Hey." I lifted her head up. "What's wrong?" I wiped away some of her tears.
"I don't want you to go."
"Shhh, shhhh, I know baby, I know, I don't want to leave you either, but I have to."
It's breaking my heart to see my girl cry.
Knowing it's all my fault she is, makes it worse.
"But we can Skype every single day, or face time, we'll text as much as we can. You can come to visit, I'll definitely come to visit. But best of all, we'll be with each other in our hearts."
She looked up at me and smiled.
"Hey, I bought you something, I'll be right back." I got up to go to my room.

~Sunny's POV~

"Hey, I bought you something, I'll be right back." He got up and left the room.
I wiped away my tears and looked up to the clock.
'10:55'
One hour and five minutes until the day Niall has to leave.
Niall came back through the door and was trying to hide something behind his back.
"Close your eyes."
I giggled and did as I was told.
I heard footsteps and once Niall got to my bed he said "open" so I opened my eyes and saw the cutest teddy bear, well rabbit, in the history of teddy rabbits.
It was medium sized, not big, but big enough to cuddle and it was white and furry, with a purple patch of fur on it's stomach and purple inside of the ears.
"Oh my god Niall, it's so cute." He handed it to me.
It smelt lovely, just like him.
"When ever you're missing me and one of us aren't available to talk, just come and cuddle this and pretend it's me."
"Thank you so much Niall." I got up and hugged him.
"No problem princess, now you'd better get some rest because you have school tomorrow."
"What times your flight?" I asked him as I got back into bed.
"Twelve in the afternoon, so I'll be able to drop you off to school, but you'll need to get the bus back. And I've arranged it with my mum that you will go with her and Kyle each morning and they leave at around 7:35 each morning I think, so you'll only have to get the bus back each day after school."
"Okay, that's fine, thanks Niall."
"Any thing for you my princess."
I buried my head into his shoulder and wrapped my arm around his stomach, my hips on his.
"Goodnight Niall."
"Goodnight beautiful."
Niall started singing an acoustic version of Pretty Brown Eyes by Cody Simpson softly into my ears, and I felt my self drift off into a sleep.

~Niall's POV~

I watched as Sunny's eyes closed, meaning she was now asleep.
I stared at the clock on the wall which seemed to be taking forever to make it's way around the clock.
Sunny's body tensed a little under me, I looked to her face and she had crinkles under her eyes, which shows she's scared.
I frowned knowing she was worried about me getting the plane tomorrow.
I stroked her hair and hoped she wasn't having a nightmare.
Eventually, I could feel myself going to sleep, after an hour of watching the clock.
"No."
I looked to Sunny.
"What did you say babe?"
"Get off."
What?
"Babe, what's wrong."
I looked down to her face, her eyes pressed close, a frown on her sweaty face.
"It's not safe."
"Babe. Wake up."
"Niall don't."
"Babe, wake up, it's only a dream."
I shook her shoulders, "Sunny, wake up."
She opened her eyes and gasped, wrapping her arms around me and hugging me.
"Shh baby, Niall's here."
"You died Niall." She cried.
"What?"
"In the dream, your plane crashed and you died."
"It was only a dream sweet heart, I'm right here."
I cradled her like a baby, with her arms wrapped around my neck until she fell back to sleep.
