Chapter 31

~Niall's POV ~

I hit the call button on face time and waited for Sunny to answer.
After a few seconds she did and my eyes lit up at the sight of her beautiful face.
"Niall!" She whisper shouted.
She had her earphones in so she could hear me, but so no body else could, but she only had one in her ear.
"Hi baby." I grinned, leaning the iPad on my desk and sitting on my chair.
"I've missed you so much." She smiled.
"I've missed you too darling." I hugged my knees to my chest and smiled at her. "Are mum and Chris in bed?" I asked her.
"Yeah, they went up about half an hour ago." She told me.
It's around 11:10 now, so I only have about 20 minutes before Sunny should go to bed.
"Good, what have you been up to today?" I asked.
"Nothing much, went to school, came home, done some homework, had dinner, spoke to mum and missed you."
"Aw, you know I'd do anything to be holding you right now."
"I know, I know, I just wish you didn't have to go away Ni." She picked at her fingers which I know is a habit of hers.
"Stop picking." I laughed. "Baby, it's apart of my job, I'm going to have to stay in London most of the time and travel the world on tour, but I promise, I'll never forget to make time for you. You're my main priority now, but I need to work, being in One Direction is my job, it's how I get my money, but soon enough I will be coming home again and I'll be ale to hug you and kiss you."
She blushed.
It drives me crazy when she blushes, she's such a cutie.
"I love you Niall."
"I love you Sunny."
She grinned at me and my heart melted.
"What did mum make for dinner tonight?" I asked her.
"Um, she made pasta and garlic bread and for dessert, Chris took us to mcdonald's and we had a Mcflurry." She told me.
"Mum really likes having you guys around you know." I told her.
She blushed again. "I love being around her." She smiled.
"It's so great to know my girl friend and my mum can get along so well." I smiled.
She giggled. "I know, and it's so great to know that my boyfriend and my mum get on so well." She smiled.
She looked down to her fingers and didn't look to happy.
She's upset about something and it's obviously not just about me being away.
"What's wrong baby?" I decided to ask her and find out.
"Nothing, I just miss you." She yawned.
"I can tell that's not the only thing bothering you. Is it Leo again?"
She shook her head.
"No Ni, he hasn't spoken to me since you beat him up, I'm fine."
"I hope you're not hiding some thing from me, you know I care about you and want to know when and why you're upset."
She huffed. "It's just that, since I've had 5/5 on twitter I've been getting a lot of hate for having all boys following me on twitter, and the fans don't even know that we're dating and they already hate me! When, and if we ever do come out as a couple, they're going to hate me even more." Some tears slipped down her face and my blood started to boil.
"Babe, if they're hating on you, they're clearly jealous, don't take anything they say to you seriously."
"But they're hating on me for all of my insecurities."
"What do you mean?" I furrowed my eye brows in confusion.
"They're saying that I'm fat, ugly, worthless and don't deserve 5/5 and deluded."
"Woah woah woah, first of all babe, you are not fat, you are absolutely perfect and slim. Never have I ever thought you were fat, because you are not. And you're not ugly! I've never seen such a beautiful girl in my life. I've never laid my eyes on someone so pretty or beautiful and if they're calling you these pathetic names, there's something wrong with them and they're obviously blind. If they're hating on a fellow directioner, they're obviously not a fan and need to leave the fandom, because I do not want fake fans who are hurting true fans' feelings being a part of this family."
"But what if they're right? What if I need to stop eating and start exercising more!"
"Baby, you listen to me. You do not need to go on some crazy diet. You are perfect, you're not the slightest bit fat! infact, I think you should eat more and prove to them that you know you're not fat, prove to them your not affected by what they say."
She lowered her head and tears spilled down her cheek.
"Don't cry angel, lift your head up princess, your tiara is falling."
She lifted her head up and smiled at me.
"Now wipe away those tears and tell yourself how beautiful you are." I smiled.
She took her index fingers and brushed all the tears away.
"And no matter what any body thinks of you angel, put it to the back of your head, because all that matters is how you feel about yourself. And remember I care about you more than the world could ever know, so push there negative comments to the back of your mind and focus on the positive ones!"
"I love you Niall." She smiled at me, her eyes shining bright like diamonds.
"I love you Sunny."
For a few minutes we started to talk about random stuff, and as time went on I could tell that she was very tired.
"Well, it's getting late and you have school tomorrow, so I think you should get to bed now gorgeous."
She leaned for her lamp and turned it on and walked to the light switch and turned the light off. She walked back to her bed and got it, she held the phone above her.
"You're right, but can you sing to me?"
I smiled and nodded, turning off my light and turning the lamp on, getting into bed.
"What do you want me to sing?" I asked.
"I don't mind." She yawned again.
"Shut the door, turn the lights off, I want to be with you, I want to feel your love, I want to lay beside you, I can not hide this, even though I tried." She smiled at me really big and her eyes started to close.
"Heart beats harder, time escapes me, trembling hands touch skin, it makes this harder, and the tears stream down my face."
I was pretty sure that she was asleep but decided to sing a few more lines.
"If we could only have this life for one more day, if we could only turn back time. You know I'll be, your life, your voice, your reason to be. My love my heart is beating for this, moment in time I'll find the words to say, before you leave me today."
I heard the familiar sounds of her heavy breathing and I smiled at how angelic and beautiful she looked just lying there, and I wished I was with her right now.
If I was with her right now, I would be the big spoon, and I would have my arms wrapped protectively around her waist with my head in her neck. I would be placing with her hair or whispering how much I love her into her ear, and I wish I was.
A tear spilled down my face as I wished her sweet dreams. "Good night baby, sweet dreams beautiful, I love you." I sighed as I clicked the end button and put my iPad on my bedside table.
Falling asleep, thinking about my girl.
