[ Isabella’s POV ]
Today I was walking around town shopping; I was in need of new clothes. So far I haven’t found a thing that I like. This was bad because I could usually find something, but mostly everything I saw, I already owned. Maybe I should open up a shop, but I don’t have the motivation to open one up. I walked around a few more until I found this store that I have never seen before called Je Aime Fashion. It looked interesting but why wasn’t I informed of a new store opening, because I should know when a store opens because I owned this side of the land.
I walk to the store and open the front door and enter the store. I look around and I see much stuff that is actually cute and I don’t own it, so I went on a bit of a shopping spree but that was what I went to the town for. I grabbed a hand bag, a few t-shirts, some crop tops in different colors, some jeans because I didn’t own any, new makeup, and some new heels. It was a successful shopping trip. The lady at the register kept looking at me funny and I was close to punching her in the face if she gave me another look like that.
As I was walking back to my car a group of guys were walking behind me and whistling. It was absolutely disgusting, like I’m a woman not a dog. They kept yelling things like, “sexy”, “nice ass”, “Give me your number”, “you tryna fuck”. It was the most terrible experience of my life, and then they stopped me and surround me.
“Hey don’t ignore us when we try to get at you.” One of the teenage boys says.
“Not interested, I’m married you prick.” I spit.
“Whoa, honey you got a naughty mouth.” He tells me.
“Fuck yourself.” I spit and start to hit him.
I’m yanked off his body by two boys and they start to touch me inappropriately and I was beginning to get scared. A car pulls up, a cop car to be exact, and the boys go running. I pick up all my stuff and start to walk away. I hear a car door close and a person jog up, to catch up to me.
“Hey are you okay?” The cop asks.
“Yeah I’m fine can you leave me alone.” I tell him and give him a glare.
“Well I mean you do own this side of the town. I wanted to make sure you are okay.” He says.
“Well, I’m fine, you can leave it alone.” I say and start to walk faster.
“Wow, what they say about you being rude is true.” He whispers but I still hear the words.
“Excuse me?” I ask and turn around.
“What you don’t know what they say about you?” He asks.
“I’m well aware of what they say, but that doesn’t give you any right to repeat the words.” I spit.
“Geez, you don’t have to be a bitch about it.” He whispers.
“One I am not a female dog, two you better watch yourself because I can make you lose your job in the blink of an eye. By the way maybe you should lay off the doughnuts you pig.” I tell him and turn to walk away.
“Just because you know this side of the town doesn’t me you have to act like a snobby bitch.” He whispers but I choose to ignore his comment.
I walk to my car and throw all my stuff in the backseat and get in the driver’s seat and drive away. Once I get home all my anger has vanished from my recent argument battle with the cop. He really knew how to press my buttons, but what I don’t understand is what he meant by a snobby bitch. Do I really act that way? I don’t recall my attitude being that way.
