At exactly 5:40 in the morning I got up and I took a shower before going to our first course for today. I have learned that Madeleine and Jennie have been in Terrence's group for years. Last year, lima raw ang babae sa group, but because of some reasons, wala pang half ng summer, they left and they never returned.

And because of that I spent the rest of my night thinking about it, and the possible reasons why. Maybe they just couldn't stand the way Yuan treated them or something like that. I feel like Yuan is the cold and heartless kind of guy in the group. But who am I to judge?

As I stepped out of our cabin, I rechecked our schedule and it says: '6:00 AM to 7:30 AM – Exercise – West Shore'

I don't know where the hell West Shore is. Pero halos lahat ng mga taong nagsisilabasan sa kani-kanilang cabin ay dumadaan sa forest sa likod ng cabin ng boys. So, I decided to follow them. I put on my hoodie and I walked with the rest of the crowd.

Maddie and Jennie should have at least told me that they'll leave earlier than I expected. Pagkagising ko wala na sila sa kwarto, so I literally panicked because I thought I was late. Hindi man lang nila ako ginising.

As we followed the path behind the men's cabin, I could see another path extending towards the left and right side. Sa hindi kalayuan, I saw large cabins covered by tall trees and bushes and at the place where the path intersects, there's a wooden sign which points to different directions. An arrow pointing left reads, ' To St. Terese and Devesse cabin' while the opposite says 'To St. Catherine cabin'.

As I walked past the wooden sign, an arrow pointing forward reads, 'To West Shore'. I could hear the loud swooshing of water as I walk forward and my senses didn't disappoint me.

So this is what they call West Shore. Clean white sand, blue sea, wide horizon, it's perfect.

"Sam!" I snapped when someone called my name. It's Trens, waving his hands in the air for me to see them.

I made my way towards them and they started greeting me good mornings.

"Sam, sorry kung hindi ka namin nagising." Maddie looked apologetic with her hands folded in front of her as if begging me to forgive her.

"Tsk," Jennie rolled her eyes as she pulled Maddie away from me, "gigisingin sana kita, e. Sabi naman nitong babaeng ito you looked too peaceful in your sleep kaya 'di ka na namin ginising."

"No, it's fine. Nag-alarm naman ako." I replied.

At exactly 6:05, everyone started falling in line facing the blue sea. Girls stay in front while boys are at the back.

On my right side, a girl in pigtails smiles at me, she's wearing shorts and a long-sleeved hoodie.

"Bago ka?" Tanong niya.

Tumango ako.

"Ako pala si Lisa. Anong pangalan mo?" She reached me her hand.

"Sam." I took it and we gently shake each other's hands.

"Hi, Lisa." Rinig kong sinabi ni Jimin mula sa likod ko. I turned around to see the guys behind Jimin, trying to stop their laughs.

"Hi, Jimin. Musta?" Lisa said cutely.

"Ho, mah gahd." Jimin reached for his chest and he leaned backwards, sabay salo ni Trens sa kaniya. "I'm inlove." Dagdag ni Jimin.
