"Yuan and I are not dating." I said between my breaths. "It was a whole misunderstanding and it's a long story. But the point is, we're absolutely not dating."

Sandra was all over the place, dahil inaayos niya ang kung ano man ang kaylangan pang ayusin sa cabin na 'to. But it looks clean and perfect already. I feel like she just doesn't want to listen.

"I just wanted you to know—"

Sandra straightens herself up at napalakas ang pagbaba niya sa mga picture ni Yuan sa lamesa, that made me stepped back.

"I know," she smiles, "you know, lagi niyang ginagawa 'yan tuwing summer. And here I thought I would have the same tiring summer, until you came. You're different, kasi ikaw lang ang babaeng nagconfess. But, I know. I always know that deep inside him, he still have those feelings for me, at lagi ko namang ina-acknowledge." She rested herself on the table.

There was a short, awkward silence between us. Hindi ko napractice ang sasabihin ko. I thought she didn't know, I even asked my sister, during our lunch break, kung ano ang pwedeng sabihin, I practiced everything she said. But it turned out that she knew, so I didn't know what to say. Hindi ko ine-expect na alam niya.

"And thank you, for being honest. I believe you still have art class?"

"Oh, yes—"

"And you're late." Sandra chuckled.

"I think we could be good friends in the future, Sam." Sandra said with a huge smile on her face.

Gosh, that was unexpected and awkward. And I am late for our next workshop. Mag sisimula 'yun ng 1:30PM, and it's already 1:45PM. They're going to kill me. Sa kabila pa man din 'yung St. Catherine cabin.

"Yo!" A loud and firm voice shouted in the middle of the path I am taking. "Saan ka galing? Kanina pa kita hinahanap. First day na first day nagla-lakwatsa ka."

It's Terrence, with his attractive snapback look.

"Akala ko kasi, sa St. Terese ulit 'yung cabin." I said in defense.

Hinintay ako ni Terrence makarating kung saan siya nakatayo, he waited with his arms crossed and his serious face on.

Tulad ng ibang cabin, it's surrounded by tall green trees and shrubs, and the cabin is almost covered with vine plants.

As we stepped onto its porch, humarap si Terrence sa akin at hinawakan niya ang kamay ko.

"Sundan mo lang ako." Bulong nito.

I could hear my heart beating faster, and my blood rushing through my face. Why is he doing this? He's making me like him even more than a friend with what he is doing.

"Kapit ka sa'kin." He pulled my hand in his back, he wanted me to hold his white shirt para hindi ako babagal bagal at para makasunod ako sa kaniya papasok.
