The next day, it's Saturday, napag isip-isip ko na sabihin kay Terrence ang sinabi sa akin ni ate Prie. I told Jennie and Maddie all about it, but all I get was laughter. Hindi sila naniwala sa sinabi ko, and they said that my father doesn't look like someone who would do things like that.
I know him better than anybody else, and I needed someone to talk to. Someone who knows him too.
I was thinking about what my sister told me, about having a butler. I mean... what the actual fudge? I don't need a butler. I don't need someone reporting every move I make to my father.
"Hi. Sorry, I was just waiting for someone." I tried my best not to look at his well-toned body, but I found myself examining his whole body.
"Ah. Si Terrence?" He threw his white t-shirt on his shoulder as he leaned forward on the safety rails of the porch. "Nag-hiking sila.
I know why Jennie likes this man. He's charismatic and he's nice. Who would dare to hate this guy? Though I heard Jennie and Maddie hating his group.
"Thank you, but I'm fine here." I smiled.
"Sabi mo, e." He smiled back. He even has dimples. Well, what can I say? He's cute. "Kayo ba ni Terrence?"
"Ah?" I wasn't expecting that question, especially coming from Mikhael. We're not that close, and I barely know him.
"You like someone?" I turned my head to him over my shoulder. Trying to change the topic.
"Oo, e. Kaso mukhang walang pag-asa." He chuckled.
"Would you mind telling me?" I smiled.
He hesitated for a while, shaking his head, showing his deep dimples. "Ipangako mo munang 'di mo sasabihin."
"I promise."
"Jennie." He said.
Nanlaki ang mga mata ko. I couldn't help but smile from ear to ear. Jennie likes him, and he likes her too but they didn't know.
I watched Mikhael's eyes glistened as he talks about Jennie, he was so passionate and sincere. Would his eyes glistened, tulad ng kay Mikhael?
Tanong niya.
"Well, to be honest... I'm scared of people in general. So to answer your question, yes, I was scared of her. She and Maddie were a lot different. I honestly think that Maddie is more approachable. But when you get to know her, you'll see she's very caring in her own ways." I replied.
