STEP ONE) Open up Superimpose and put the background as a plain black image and your png as your foreground. Tilt your png. Merge.

STEP TWO) Add the following paint splattered to the edge of the page like so. You can simply use the magic brush under the mask tab to take away all the white and go to the filter tab to make it black. when done.

STEP THREE) add this lightning thingy and put it on screen. Save when done.
