STEP ONE) open your background as a white background. Add your png to the side and use the bi-liner to blend it in. Merge when done.

What I did is optional. If you only use one png then it's still going to look good. If you want to follow the same thing I did then add three more pngs and blend them in. I would place them towards the bottom of your main png and turn them black and white. Merge.

This next part is also optional but I did these type of outlines. I learned this from @mattmurd0ck (sorry if it didn't let me tag you) and it's from the chapter called kryptonite on her book called the book of chaos (I highly recommend checking the book out, has beautiful covers.)
