STEP ONE) open up superimpose with a black and white grid as your background. Get a frame like so and place it any way you like. Black and white preferably but I didn't have one so I just found a random frame from my gallery and used the magic brush to get rid of the black and lowered the exposure to make black. Merge when done.

STEP TWO) okay I fucked up and placed my png first before the planets. So put your stars, hearts, or whatever first THEN your png. Center your png in the middle of the frame. Save when done.

STEP THREE) now go to PicsArt. Grab whatever black and white images you want (4 pictures) and turn them the same filter of black and white.

STEP FOUR) now go to the shape crop setting and pick the circle crop.

STEP FIVE) your going to place a set of two at one corner with one bigger than the other like so. Do the same thing to the opposite side.

STEP SIX) okay now open up Phonto. I used the filter fade and the font was lasermetal. Add any finishing touches and your done.
